Martin is one of the most uplifting charismatic persons we have met. He offers great service especially to WashU students by coming to pickup/dropoff which is huge for students that may not have cars and are in the business school/business frats. They said it was because it was a silk blend which wasn't true. it was pure linen. One shirt looks terrible.

This is a dress I'm to wear at my grandsons wedding on 6/20. Tonight 6/17 I decided to try on the dress with the shoes I have picked out to wear, and I see there is a spot, lighter color than the dress right about where my navel is and kind of a darker ring around that where I guess they used something to try to get the first spot out that they had caused. Also the material looks kinda stretched in that area, I guess from scrubbing it. I need this dress Saturday. Was only worn one other time and is very expensive. There were no helpful attendants, just one young woman, for whom you had to ring a bell and then patiently wait for her to appear. There was some pantomime between us as her English wasn't good enough to fluently answer questions about USING THE LAUNDRY MACHINES!!! Argh... I just wanted to know which washer was big enough to handle my heavy runner... Anyway, I loaded a big washer, put in my money and detergent, and waited till it stopped spinning. It was the middle of a Monday afternoon and there were only three other customers. The Jerry Springer Show was blasting on the TV. There were numerous signs saying you had to wear a mask and to wait for your laundry to finish in your car, but no one was paying attention and the attendant was the only one without a mask. This place has a by-the-pound dry cleaning machine, which I'd never seen before. I'll try it out when winter's over and it's time to dry clean sweaters and coats but I think I'll go elsewhere for heavy laundry loads. There is no free dryer use here, like others I've been to.
