Customer Service Unsatisfactory: Picked up my cleaning on 2/2/2026 & 20% discount wasn't applied. No apologize was offered. I was told that a discount would be applied to next items that I bring in. As a customer, I feel this is unfair. I met the requirements for a 20%. The amount should be credited to through my method of payment. Also, the discount wasn't applied during the initial visit and I don't feel comfortable that I will get it if I brought in more cleaning. Don't make discount offers if you unable to follow through. read more

An acquaintance told me about West Oak Cleaners and I'm so happy she did. I was looking for somewhere to take my daughter's Graduation Dress to be cleaned. She said that this is where she took her daughter's dress and that they come highly recommended by so many other Moms. The dress had gotten pretty dirty around the bottom and had not been worn since June of 2020. I got it cleaned in December of 2021. I wasn't expecting a miracle because I knew the dirt had settled in but to my surprise they did a great job getting it cleaned. It looks so good! They told me up front that some stains might not come out and I appreciated their honestly but they worked a miracle. I highly recommend this cleaners. read more

High Quality- Very high price. I have used this cleaners for a number of years. If you do a lot of dry cleaning and shirt laundry--you may find this place to be too expensive. They do a lot of extra work on shirts and items like adding paper to the inside of most dry clean shirts to keep them from wrinkles. That said, they also dry clean some items I would prefer to be laundered and that drives the cost much higher. They have a high quality delivery and pick-up service too, which can be helpful if you are really busy or on the go. If price is no object, West Oak may be your best choice. They do call you with questions or suggestions, which is nice. Pros: High Quality, Good Delivery Service Option, the do minor repairs too, they call when they have questions--which is great. They aren't the cheapest cleaners on the block, but then again when you have something very important to take care of - you gets what you pays for! They have cleaned everything for me from a wedding dress (OY! talk about a cost!) to jeans. Have never had a problem with them - no buttons melted (like another place) no lost items (like another place) no clean it again that spot is still there people (like another place). The staff here is super friendly and helpful. I had some stained shirts that I couldn't save with shout and the lady at the counter gave me advice on what they could and couldn't do and saved me some money. I also had two pairs of pants that needed repairs. They charged me $0 for the repairs. They also replace buttons and collar stays on my shirts. This is my cleaner of choice. read more

I'm new to this area and so glad I found this Cleaners!!! Excellent place! They do great work!! I had taken in a jacket to the Chesterfield location to have the zipper repaired. All it needed fixed was the tab to zip up the jacket. It works like it is brand new and cost me very little. Very happy!!! Ben was the gentleman who helped me and he was very nice. I met 2 wonderful folks from this location....Nikki and Nina. They were great...so nice and helpful! I was going to have some alterations done on some other clothing. However after discussing what it could cost, Nikki was honest enough to say it may not be worth it as I could buy something for almost the same cost. I so appreciated her honesty!!! I will bring all my clothes to this location...but highly recommend any of the West Oak Cleaner locations. read more

I took my wedding dress there a few weeks ago to get it cleaned and preserved. They have a great selection of options for wedding dress preservation that all use special, acid-free paper so the dress won't fade. I chose the box option and my dress was cleaned and packaged super-fast. They did a fantastic job, and for a very reasonable price. And I have a friend who goes there for clothing alterations, and she loves them. I definitely recommend West Oak Cleaners. read more

The service was okay and my dress was cleaned well but $50 to get it cleaned was absurd.

"We're a little more expensive, but we're a quality cleaner," the attendant warned me before I even asked what the prices were. Whoa. Playing defense straight out of the gate...this can't be good. I asked how much more we were talking about. She replied it would be $20 for my jacket. Wow. Ok. Well...I'd at least get the jacket back the next day, right? She looked pained for a moment as she glanced at the clock (it wasn't even noon yet), "Ummmm...it should be ready...after four tomorrow evening?" Of course, my mind was reeling with questions: Is this worth it? Where else would I go? Should I MENTION the gigantic "Same Day Dry Cleaning" sign on their front window?? Did I even PAY $20 for that jacket??!! In the end, I was lazy and desperate (mostly lazy) and surrendered my coat. I'd love to have some grand ending to this story, like, "I picked up the coat and it glistened in the sunlight! The rainbows and pet unicorn were well worth the $20!!!" But no. Nothing spectacular, although at this point, after all of my dry cleaning nightmares, I'm just happy to have it 1) Back 2) Clean. (Ugh. Seriously. Can someone recommend a damn cleaner??!!) read more

I wanted to like this place because this location is right near my office, and the employee on the phone was so nice. "Sure, bring it in before ten and we will have it done that same day!" Great! - I thought. .. I arrived at 9am to find a less than enthusiastic person working, still pleasant enough though. I was told "oh no, it cant be completed until tomorrow.." as if im mentally challenged and my request was just ridiculous (never mind the neon sign that stated same day service looming overhead!) Caught between a rock and hard place I agreed because I had to have the suit cleaned prior to an evening work function. I know, my fault for the procrastination. I was assured it would be done "tomorrow" before 430. It did arrive at 430. I picked it up after work at 5, and went to my dinner (late) in a suit that still had my dog and cats hair on it, and didnt look "cleaned" to me. I could have done the same work with a bottle of Febreze and a lint roller. They did however get the smoke smell out. I asked for an alteration and that also wasn't completed, but was on the ticket. Im also disappointed that laundry is trucked to a factory and trucked back...too many hands in the pot if you ask me. Just my two cents... I dont think I will return. I can pay premium prices for mediocre somewhere else. read more
