You're not even acknowledging that two of the items were right!" While he eventually conceded the items were not what was ordered, he still tried to charge us $250 for a restocking fee for the incorrect items? We didn't pay. If you're considering RGA because they claim to work closely with Reform, just know-- they did not provide any efficiencies. Quite the opposite. I would never purchase from here again.

First, their website is very easy to navigate. They apparently have selected appliances that good reliability and therefore they list a few items for each category. Second, they are happy to answer questions and, if they do not know the answer, they'll find out for you. Third, their pricing is very competitive. Regarding price, they equal or better their competitors. And they don't post what seem on other sites to be fake reviews. If your looking for a $40 or $1,000+ item, check Consumer Reports or other reliable sources for product information--not the seller's website. Fourth, to put it simply, for well over a half century! That's no mean feat--they know their business. Oh, their customer service is a 10+.

Come the day of the delivery, and the fridge wasn't delivered. I called to ask when the delivery will arrive and what the latest time would be. Simple questions. The employees were very rude and kept saying they wouldn't know, making up many excuses. A simple question warrants a simple answer. In the end, they hung up without making a call to the deliverymen until the deliverymen called, making the delivery. The prices can be a good steal, especially if you pay in cash because you wouldn't have to pay the extra taxes--they'll include it into the price. But just be warned that there can be hiccups on the delivery and it'll be best if you avoid this store if you know there will be questions, issues or concerns. They won't answer any of it.

She wanted the stand this model has and the tools. I purchased it and I was borrowing it when I needed to vacuum. I'm really impressed by the amount of debris it sucks up from her carpet. Naturally I can borrow it when I would like but I can't vacuum now that I have cancer and I've aged. My daughter brings it to my small studio and uses it to help me clean. It's amazing what dust we do not realize is in our living space. Recently we needed a new battery. It was $100 and should last 3-4 years. Now we need to recycle the old one.
