Called again and spoke with another sales rep who was super competent and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions patiently and took care of the COI's my managing agency required. He gave me a much more reasonable delivery and installation price compared with the first sales rep . Everything went smoothly and I am extremely happy with my new AC's. I guess my advice is to change sales reps if you're not satisfied because PC Richard generally has great ones.

I felt like I was doing business with a corrupt company. Plus, the installers caulked the window until into place. Now I can't remove it for the winter or if I leave the apartment. I'm so unimpressed.
