I was so nervous because I've had such bad experiences at other salons (even a big name salon). She was so welcoming and really listened to what I wanted. I did show her some inspo fotos. I felt very comfortable after our consultation. She was very meticulous with her work. She took her time and demonstrated precision and patience (she is a perfectionist). Fast-forward to the end, I was so happy. My hair looked so much healthier and she literally did exactly what I wanted. I have been back since then, and will continue to go back as long as she will keep me as a client. I took my mother-in law to Aisha when she came to visit (she was having issues at other salons as well) and was absolutely amazed. She now gets her hair cut with Aisha when she is visiting from Little Rock. I would love to gate-keep her but it would be so unfair. She's so talented and kind. First, this isn't just a hair cut or a blowout, this feels like a deeply personal experience with someone passionate about her craft, her life, everything. To be in the same room is to be sucked into her obvious joy for everything she does. It's mesmerizing.
