Ivy is super kind and does a beautiful job on nails, and Kathy is amazing for pedicures--very thorough and attentive. The salon itself is spacious, airy, and not overcrowded like many other nail salons. The seating is comfortable but still stylish, which makes the whole experience feel more relaxing. They also offer drinks and snacks, which is a nice touch--I enjoyed a mimosa during my visit and left feeling good and pretty. Parking is easy, which is always a plus. After an hour and 45 minutes in the chair, I left with concave (yea, dipping down in the middle, the opposite of natural) instead of straight nails, multiple areas where gel had cured onto my skin, and a swath of nail glue on my toe for some reason. The technician was very rough while working on my toenails and cut deeply into the sides of my nails without asking. Nail salons are not podiatrists, and cutting into the sides of toenails can be risky if not done properly. I was burned a couple of times during the process and felt pain throughout the service. Now that I'm home and trying to sleep, my toes are extremely sore and painful. This shouldn't happen after a pedicure. I was also concerned that I did not see brand new or properly sanitized tools being used, which is very important for hygiene and safety. I hope the salon improves their sanitation practices and is more gentle and careful with clients in the future. Also they need to mop those floors I still left a tip because the nails came out okay looking . But i am in pain
