The salon itself is spacious, airy, and not overcrowded like many other nail salons. The seating is comfortable but still stylish, which makes the whole experience feel more relaxing. They also offer drinks and snacks, which is a nice touch--I enjoyed a mimosa during my visit and left feeling good and pretty. Parking is easy, which is always a plus. Michael, who did my pedicure, was one of the most gentle and kind nail technicians I've ever had. The man who did my pedicure was polite, but the massage was the issue. He kept rubbing my shins even after I told him multiple times please no shins, only feet because my shins are sensitive. He just smiled and kept doing it, and when he finally stopped there was only like 2 minutes left of the massage. Then for my nails, I originally asked for a dip set with extensions. The extensions would not stick at all. The lady tried for over 20 minutes and they kept popping off. I told her to just do gel instead, and that's when the owner came and said they would "try a different glue." At this point I just wanted to keep it simple. She also kept trying to upsell everything, even something as small as cleaning cuticles for $8 more. I said no, but she kept insisting because she didn't understand. It was really hard to communicate because no one seemed to speak English well enough to understand what I was asking. I asked for almond shape and ended up with oval. Also she was very rude towards the end would grab my hands aggressively It sucks because the place looks really pretty but the communication was just not there, and I didn't get what I wanted.
