Unfortunately they are far and few. With the good ratings and the appeal of the spaciousness of the salon I decided to make the call and see if I could find what I was looking for. Ivy, I believe the owner (or the manager?) immediately said ask for TT when I came in. TT gave me one of the best pedis I've had. She had a small tool which helps get to the edges of the nail where pain happens over time and did a gentle and very thorough job on all my nails. She was easy to talk to and understanding as well. I have found my salon and tech. I'm thrilled!

The Cuticles are not cut, the nail polish is over them and just done very poorly. I paid $110 for the two services and am not happy with them at all. It could be who did my services, but I will not be coming back.

Offered me the drink and color menus, didn't force an upsell on my gel pedi. He also didn't leave my toes looking professionally done. After an hour and 45 minutes in the chair, I left with concave (yea, dipping down in the middle, the opposite of natural) instead of straight nails, multiple areas where gel had cured onto my skin, and a swath of nail glue on my toe for some reason. I'll redo them at home, I don't want to spend another $56. But man, what a disappointment. I can't reshape them because they're so short.
