Not a great place for some of the employees as they are yelled at in front of guests. That an unfortunate and uncomfortable thing to witness. They are also very rude to guests they are unfamiliar with. One of the ladies that was working on a client started complaining about having to do a service and immediately walked away to work on another client WITHOUT washing her hands and started services on them. My husband turned me on to this salon. Since he raves after each self care session, I decided to take myself and daughter to this location. I made an appointment online and added a card on file to secure the reservation. Their site was easy to navigate, select services, assign selected services to multiple guests and specify the technician to fulfill those services. My daughter, 5, received her first mani/pedi - known as the Princess Package. In place of a paraffin wax I selected for her, she received an extended deep massage on her feet, legs, arms and hands. My lil one was in heaven, all smiles. The technician adjusted her seat so my daughter could enjoy the massage chair like the big people. I am so very appreciative to the technician Tracy for her kindness, patience and the respect extended to my little girl. My daughter picked out her own color and was treated with the utmost respect as any other client would. To be my daughter's first experience, I am so grateful it was excellence in the fullest. Now that my daughter's polish is chipping, she refuses to allow me to remove or repaint her nails. She is looking forward to her next appointment. I created a monster! Oh me?! I received a gel reflexology pedi and paraffin service done by Gwen. The massage was deep and thorough, the manicuring of the pedi was meticulous and the finished polish look is immaculate. Probably the best nail spa I've been to! After calling around for a half hour to get in me and my 2 girlfriends for some pedis and manis they were able to fit us in! They accommodated us for a time that was within the hour. I came here to get some much needed love for my feet and nails. It was my 30th birthday so I really wanted to treat myself. My nail technician was wonderful and gave me self care tips for my nails and cuticles. She recommended some colors to me and nail shapes and honestly I love it so much. I could tell she takes prides in her work. She meticulously worked to make my nails PERFECT. It was $70 for the mani pedi and I will definitely be back. Edit: I've been in San Diego for 4 days, walking through the zoo, at various restaurants and bars and my nails still look FANTASTIC!! I've driven by this place so many times and TBH, I thought it was some sort of herbal or holistic store (Okay, I'll admit, I stop reading after "Classic Organic".) And then one day, I felt like getting pampered, so I did my search and this popped up as one close to home. That's when I realized, "Ah, it's a nail spa!" Who knew! Called the day before and made an appointment. I was quoted $45 for a mani/pedi which was reasonable. Parking is never an issue around this area especially on a weekday, so I had no trouble finding one directly across the street. I walked in a was greeted and seated immediately after confirming my appointment time. I like that they take COVID precautions (evident by their masks and plexiglass.) Tina (who worked on my pedi) asked how the water was. I said it was fine not even noticing it was cold. When she touched it, she said, "It's cold!" And took it upon herself to warm it up a little. She was right: it was much better once my footsies took in the warm water. Man, she got right down to it and got to work immediately. And I'll say this: she did a fantastic job. To save time, they had Lulu do my hands while Tina was doing her thing. Lulu was a teenee bit of a chatty Kathy which I didn't really mind. But one can tell that she isn't really as experienced simply with the way she held the tools (nipper, nail cutter, etc.) I didn't mind that so much as she did a pretty decent job. It's too bad it didn't last long, though. By the end of the night, one of my nails had chipped. (See attached picture.) My nails are pretty strong, so this isn't something that commonly happens. Ergo, there's only one reason for this to happen: we were both unaware it got nicked. Otherwise, it was an okay experience. I'm not ruling them out for the next mani/pedi run, but I most likely will try other places first to compare. read more

They do an amazing job just a heads up though if you cancel your appointment make sure you it's at least 24-48 hours before or you'll get charged half of the service you booked. I think I've found my go to salon! They took their time shaping and cleaning up my gnarly hang nails and dry skin. They're very detail oriented and I didn't feel rushed for my combo Mani Pedi. They were extremely gentle with my friend's thin nails while taking off her old gel nails. The owner even comes over and inspects her tech's work to make sure it meets her expectations. Now, THAT's pride in one's work. There's 4 pedicure stations with plastic dividers in between each seat and between each technician. I have been going to Classic Organic for at least 2 years now. I go to see Thuy, but I've worked with the other staff in the past and they are all great. The staff is very genuine and have good energy. They are always smiling and laughing together and with their clients. My nails are the healthiest they have ever been, and I fully attribute that to how my nails have been cared for by the girls at Classic Organic. I've never had a salon be so attentive to my individual nails until I started going here. I have tried dip powder, gel x, gel polish, and the Korean and a Japanese gel polishes they have. They do offer regular polish. They do not do acrylic nails. Otherwise the massage chairs work great, and there is always some nice chill or relaxing music playing in the background. You can make your appointments online or call in. Usually they are booked so walking in and being seen would be lucky. Haha. Blessed to have this as my local nail shop. read more

Had a horrible experience with the employee Jordana. She was very aggressive with the cuticle cutting and ended up making me bleed. I looked down and she started putting blue chemical on me I asked her what it was before she put it on my bleeding toe twice and she ignored me and did it anyway. I asked for the bottle from another employee and found out it's lidocaine which cannot go on me and I asked to wipe it off. She was very unpleasant and off putting. The other employee who was absolutely wonderful asked her to go to help someone else. Jordana was also really rude to the other staff and had a very uncomfortable attitude. I would come back but I will NEVER let Jordana assist me. If it wasn't for her I would have give this location a much higher rating. I was skeptical to try this nail salon out because I don't feel like there are many great ones in the area. I gave it a shot because I tried to schedule an appointment with the previous owner and she said she sold it and to give the new place a try. I figured why not, I don't have much to lose. I am so glad I did. Helena, the owner, is a straight magician with nails. She was honest with me about my expectations and I'm glad I listened to her. Short story, I asked for tips to make my nails look longer with the dip powder and she said she didn't think it was a good idea because it would cause the powder to break off faster. I was slightly annoyed because I wanted the nice aesthetics of the nails but when she finished, my natural shape and length actually looked beautiful. I was sold from that moment and am SO happy I took her advice. The pedicure she gave me was also really nice, not a drop of polish on my cuticles. Lastly, she makes her own lotions and scrubs. Because she was so talented, I knew her product would be good. I have some lavender lotion and absolutely love it. Although this nail salon, has been around awhile, I had never been since I usually do my own nails. I chose it based on reviews, the fact that I could schedule my appointment online, and that they were open during the time I needed to go. I got a classic manicure (regular nail polish) and pedicure. My manicurist did a really good job and was attentive. I took down a star because they called me the day of to see if could come in earlier. They answered right away and luckily I was able to get an early appointment for Saturday. I didn't leave my number but they must have caller ID because I received a text shortly after to confirm my appointment. I do like text message reminders! I arrived to my appointment and Kimberly was ready for me. She is a kind tech who really took her time with me. She's super detailed oriented and does not rush! My cuticles are sensitive and nail techs tend to cut me. I let her know of my sensitive cuticles and she did a fantastic job cleaning it up without nipping. I chose a pretty gel color that was made in a Japan ($5 more than regular gel, made with less chemicals). I paid in cash which gives you $2 off your total. The workers are nice and there is nice music playing in the background. Tools are clean and sanitized and they use new plastic around the tub for each pedicure. I really love this place! Everyone here does excellent work so when I book online I select "no preference " because it doesn't matter who does my nails, I know I'll be more than satisfied! If you want acrylics, this is not the place for you as they do not offer acrylic nails. They do offer exceptional mail care with organic manicures, gels manicures and silk wraps. They are great with cleaning out dry, dead skin from the nail bed and cuticle area, great with removing ingrown toe nails and helping to heal nail fungus.
