Where do I start... When I first walked in the salon looked really nice and boujee. They sat me down quickly and showed me their menu. I chose the aroma pedicure which was $75 with gel. The man who did my pedicure was polite, but the massage was the issue. He kept rubbing my shins even after I told him multiple times please no shins, only feet because my shins are sensitive. He just smiled and kept doing it, and when he finally stopped there was only like 2 minutes left of the massage. Then for my nails, I originally asked for a dip set with extensions. The extensions would not stick at all. The lady tried for over 20 minutes and they kept popping off. I told her to just do gel instead, and that's when the owner came and said they would "try a different glue." At this point I just wanted to keep it simple. She also kept trying to upsell everything, even something as small as cleaning cuticles for $8 more. I said no, but she kept insisting because she didn't understand. It was really hard to communicate because no one seemed to speak English well enough to understand what I was asking. I asked for almond shape and ended up with oval. Also she was very rude towards the end would grab my hands aggressively It sucks because the place looks really pretty but the communication was just not there, and I didn't get what I wanted. This was my first time visiting Fancy Nail Lounge, and from the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed. Everyone was incredibly friendly, kind, and helpful. The space itself is absolutely beautiful clean, comfortable, and such a lovely environment to relax and treat yourself. Michael, who did my pedicure, was one of the most gentle and kind nail technicians I've ever had. He was not rough at all (which I truly appreciate) and provided amazing service with so much care and attention. It made the experience incredibly relaxing. I'm only giving it a two star because of the ambiance and the offerings they give. Other than that I came with a group of 5 and it was honestly a very bad experience. We had guests coming from out of the country and we wanted them to experience a "fancy" nail salon, but we couldn't deliver. We were four people served while the other person was waiting for over an hour. We were then recorded and posted on their Facebook account without our consent and after confronting them, they had taken it down (we are Muslims so we aren't supposed to be showing our skin out in the open but also an invasion of privacy). The girl that had did my nails was doing such a great job at the beginning she was taking her time and I was like telling my family how great in detail she was in the massage and scrub. They also had a cart full of snacks which my son took full advantage of. I was able to snag an appointment last minute to fix my nails after I completely cracked my nail tip off building something. It is spacious and well-laid out inside. Now, the not-so-good: my nails! I appreciate the last minute appointment, but I could tell as I walked out that the dip manicure was nowhere near as good as the spot I normally go to. It was laid on thick, and the bottom where it lined up with my cuticles was not done well. I wanted to wait a little to see how it grew out, and by the time it started growing out they looked like press on nails. I was lucky enough to go during the week and got my hands and feet done simultaneously. The music is soothing nature sounds with birds and other wildlife on the tv. I went on a Saturday and I went to get acrylics the lady that did my nails did not do them any good, she cut me and rushed it. My nails looked super uneven and not even the shape that I asked for. I asked for almond shape and they were super pointy. I don't know her name nor did she have a name tag on. Other than that everyone else seemed really nice. Also they charge a $2 fee to use card which is so weird since everyone uses Apple Pay to pay these days. They should not be charging a fee whatsoever. read more

I really wanted to like this place simply because of the name and decor. I was greeted in a friendly manner and offered refreshments which I thought was great! But the manicurist I was assigned was some dude who didn't even speak English. I asked for a French manicure. The guy put some ugly reddish clear coat on me. Then he proceeded to punt half of my finger white and try to use acetone to remove the unwanted portion, but it was completely crooked. I told him it's crooked and he called over Annie to translate. I told her I didn't like it. At. All. Annie took me to her station and said she'd take care of me and make sure I was happy. But Annie didn't succeed. My tips are crooked, too thick, not painted all the way to the edge of the nail and overall not awesome. To top it off I was quoted $35 and charged $40. I won't be back. This place really stands out to me above all other nail salons because they really try to make sure you feel like you are being relaxed and pampered. You can order drinks while you get your nails done and they even have packages that come with a free glass of wine. They even offer free snacks and beverages, which I have never seen any other nail salon do. I also love how they really focus on the 15 minute leg massage, they even put a timer to ensure you really get the full time. Other nail salons don't really focus on the leg massage part. I just got a gel pedicure with French tips and it was $75. They have so many choices of different kinds of soaps and they really make you feel so comfortable. DO NOT COME HERE!! If you are looking to get a full set, I repeat, do NOT come here. My daughter and niece came here a few days ago to get nails done for a bday. They charged my daughter, who is 13 btw, $80 dollars for this horribly done full set. I didn't bring her here nor did I pick her up so I would have absolutely not agreed to their prices. First, they said she used colored powder..... this is a basic ass powder, not colored, nothing special. That's the first set of lies they told. Next they said that this length added $15 dollars to her price. Are you kidding me? These are barely medium in length. The sheer audacity. After that, they said this paint job was an addition $10 and they were horribly painted. The lines aren't clean, it's smudged, disgraceful. The way these nails looked is absolutely ridiculous and they sent her away like this! When I saw them, I called the shop and told them they needed to fix her nails. All they did was repaint some lines. By this point, I was over this shop and the owner and the workers. They lied and tried to placate of horribly done and horrifically overcharged set of nails. I will never have my daughter return. I will never use them. I will vehemently object to anyone I know going here. This place is awful and there is no reason to give them your money. They also took an extremely long time to do a terrible job. My daughter was serviced by the woman at station 7. The customer service was poor, the service was poor and the remedy was poor. Today was my first time at Fancy Nails Lounge with my sister! I called beforehand to see if they were taking any walk-ins and they let me know that I was able to go in ASAP. I decided to get Gel nails with two different shades of their cat eye polish! I couldn't be more happy with the outcome as well as the service. All of the workers are so kind and helpful! So I don't normally write negative reviews but my services were so poor I just needed to share. I've been to this salon twice so my rating is an average of the 2 experiences. Making an appointment is easy. Annie (owner) is I think in charge of the phone, speaks good English, and takes you down easily for an appoint. First experience: deluxe pedi. When I sat down in the chair, the tech (forgot her name) offers me a drink/snacks and this booklet of all the different pedicures. My first time here, I was kind of shocked at the prices as each pedi started at $55+ granted it comes with various scents of salt scrubs, lotions, and at least 15 minute massage. The pedi was good and the nail tech gave a good massage so I was ok this time paying so much for a pedi. (Minus one star because later I find out, there is a basic pedicure option for $35 that was never offered and not listed on the menu) Second experience: I called for same day pedi and full set. Amy was assigned to me and seemed friendly and chatty. I get the pedi book and I picked one of the deluxe pedi. I was hoping it would be a relaxing pedi like my previous time but it was not. She was so rough with her nail file that she filed my pinky toe so much that it bled... blaming it on the file being so "new" and "sharp." She tried to put this unknown liquid on it but I declined and I asked for alcohol. So this is strike one. The massage was eh... not very relaxing.. also because I was worried about my toe getting infected. Then the same lady moves on to my full set. I told her right off the bat that my cuticles are very sensitive and I get cut/bleed easily. So I request no cuticle cutting and pls be careful with the drill. As she's filing my ring finger nail so vigorously just like my toe, she scrapes the side and I'm bleeding again. She blames it again on the "new" file. Now she's stating my skin is very sensitive. Ok lady a tech has never injured me with a FILE before. Then of course as she's buffing the acrylic, she nicks my cuticle. 3 total injuries in one visit! As a microbiology I'm terrified at the possibly of an infection. By this time I'm feeling so stressed and not enjoying my time here at all. I just wanted the services to be over. I got basic gel polish on my acrylic, as she couldn't do the glittery ombré design that I showed her on my phone. Total paid was $110 plus $20 tip I regretfully gave. Here we are 6 days later, the acrylics on all fingers are LIFTING! I noticed because they all are getting caught on my hair. Acrylics are supposed to last 2 weeks at least! This is the most terrible job I have ever received and I definitely will not be come back. It's too bad the pretty ambiance and decor do not match the services. read more

They only removed the nails and did not bother to offer to redo them or even give a refund or voucher or ANYTHING.
