I have been coming to the salon since 2022, and have always been seen by Sinan and it's a great experience. I had an appointment today, that was confirmed via email yesterday and on 5/19. When I arrived at the salon, I was informed that Sinan was out and that they were attempting to contact me via an old phone number that I had on my account. They made it seem like they were aware he was going to be out days prior to my appointment. Totally my fault for not updating that phone number, but they also send confirmation via email and I was told by the front desk that they had my email but did not choose to contact me that way. I don't understand why they couldn't have reached out via email or even cancelled the appointment on their end which would have prompted me to call or reschedule. The guy at the front desk was super kind and was able to get me in between another stylist appointment, so I came back an hour later and then was informed that they wouldn't be able to accommodate me due to the other clients hair length being longer than expected. They then offered a different stylist who would only have 30 minutes to just cut my hair but no styling no washing and it would still be $75. I just ended up leaving, but this could have all been avoided if they had attempted to contact me via email or just cancelled the appointment on their end which also would have sent me an email. I booked this appointment almost a month in advance for a trip I am leaving to tomorrow and now I am out of a haircut. I had to pay for parking twice and waste gas thinking I was going to get my hair done. I would have left one star, but really appreciated the front desk staff attempting to get me in where he could, but again this all could have been avoided. read more

The picture of the lowlights I requested looked nothing like the picture when done. I found Erika on their page was taking new clients and we immediately hit it off. I've never had anyone do such great work on my hair. We usually do a full foil highlight, cut, mask, and style. She's quick, nice, and reasonably priced for the area. Plus there was one time when Erika was out sick and rather than reschedule, she was able to coordinate with the other stylists to make sure I could still get in that day. Came across this salon by chance while trying to find a local salon that could do wedding makeup and hair the day of my wedding without costing me an arm and a leg. I found Glow's prices very reasonable and I scheduled about 2 weeks prior to my wedding day. Without a hair consultation or makeup trial, I arrived day of and was blown away by the results! First off, the salon itself is in a great location with plenty of parking nearby. Everyone at this salon is incredibly kind, helpful and welcoming. When I called with questions regarding services and scheduling, I never felt rushed and they were very accommodating. When arriving, everyone says hello, appointments are prompt, and I was offered a drink upon arrival. Updo style hair with Sinan -- I provided him a photo of a hairstyle I had in mind and he ran with it and provided a look that was better than I imagined. He is a genius at his craft. My hair stayed in place all evening even with the high winds and some rain. Was very happy with the results! Makeup with Tarasina -- so I warned her prior that I was a crier. And yes, I bawled while getting ready, during the ceremony, and at the end of the evening during speeches. My makeup DID NOT BUDGE! It remained perfect, flawless, and even our photographer asked who did my makeup because it was natural and all stayed in place! (To further emphasis how well this makeup stayed; I had my makeup done at noon; wedding was at 6pm. NO TOUCHUPS ALL DAY) She provided me with a look that felt glamorous, with lashes, without overdoing it. I absolutely loved how it looked. Tarasina was also kind enough to text me prior to my appointment for any questions or wedding makeup inspo I may have wanted to provide. My stylist was great for my first appointment we texted back and forth to make sure my hair turned out healthy and nice. At the end of the appointment she asked me to text her to make an appointment in 8 weeks for a trim. 3 weeks later I texted her asking for a time to which she responded a week later with "what works for you?"
