The date and time (5/9th @ 6-7pm window) was texted back with Edwin confirming the appointment. On 5/9th @ 7:15pm, I texted Edwin on a status of his arrival and he replied that he had a crisis and not able to make it. All week, I did not receive communication to reschedule. So I texted Edwin asking if he wishes to bid the job. He responded "YES" and rescheduled for Monday 5/16th @ 7-8am. 8am passed and I texted Edwin on the status of his arrival. Trying to directly communicate with the contractors while they are busy with other projects can be impossible. Upon completion of the work, there were a few things that we noticed that weren't quite up to our standards. We notified them and they were rectified quickly.
