Booking was easy - you can make an appointment online via their website or text their number for assistance and they responded to me pretty quick! Their website advertised their soft opening special ($188 facial) so I didn't hesitate to book. It was a particularly sunny day when we came by but the shop was nice and bright and the staff was welcoming. Honestly, it was a welcoming surprise to learn the staff spoke Cantonese because it allowed my mom to speak with them with no issues. The staff took their time getting to know our current skincare routine and the products we use before suggesting the type of facial we should proceed with. The entire facial went wonderfully - I feel like my esthetician thoroughly cleaned and hydrated my face while explaining each step and product that was being used. My mom even came out smiling and happy so take that for a win. Parking is all along the streets for 2 hours and there is a decently sized parking garage within walking distance.

So am I not sure if they don't offer it unless you ask. It's no extra charge but definitely make sure to tell them just so they know. I waited around 10 minutes past the appointment time due to another client being in the room but I didn't mind as they had beverages and snacks. Quickly after I got in the room and started my facial. Everything was great, the woman doing my facial was kind and was making sure I was comfortable in every step. She also made me aware of what was being used. Overall, yes it is a good spot for facials. In reality I don't see myself coming again because the machine didn't give me much information so I didn't see a driving reason to come again. But overall, it was a good way to treat myself.

So get ready for your time there to be filled with information on their services and the consultation to make you feel like you're already buying something. It's a little pushy but their pricing seems reasonable so far and it also means they want to answer questions and help you make a decision that fits for you. The laser facial was helpful in keeping some of my acne from getting reinfected. I'm also hopeful going back will help reduce some of the scarring on my face as well. I did end up getting the middle range membership so we will see how it goes but so far I think it's a good option for people with a busy schedule who need a little extra help maintaining skin.

I contacted them twice. The second time, I asked directly for the location manager, Victoria because apparently another staff failed to relay my message. Another whatever attitude. As a customer, I didn't feel I got the whole treatment. We further talked about pulse count vs the duration of the treatment because I felt what was explained above. They were not able to release information the pulse count. They will not refund nor consider feedback regarding their unsatisfactory of treatment service. I think a lot of the time was wasted for my appointment when the main purpose customers go there is for proper treatment. Just beware, (whatever marked $) promo for their $275 signature isn't all that truthful. Definitely not world $275. Ask around other places and they will tell you it will be 15-60 minutes long treatment. Nothing shy of that.
