I've been in for one appointment with the $75 laser facial promotion. The point of these promotions is to sell you on a membership which runs about $150-350 a month. So get ready for your time there to be filled with information on their services and the consultation to make you feel like you're already buying something. It's a little pushy but their pricing seems reasonable so far and it also means they want to answer questions and help you make a decision that fits for you. The laser facial was helpful in keeping some of my acne from getting reinfected. I'm also hopeful going back will help reduce some of the scarring on my face as well. I did end up getting the middle range membership so we will see how it goes but so far I think it's a good option for people with a busy schedule who need a little extra help maintaining skin. read more

10/18/25 Review update. Business manager Ryan V. didn't contact me. It is to throw off people to think they really are following up when they don't have a care whatsoever. I contacted them twice. The second time, I asked directly for the location manager, Victoria because apparently another staff failed to relay my message. Another whatever attitude. As a customer, I didn't feel I got the whole treatment. We further talked about pulse count vs the duration of the treatment because I felt what was explained above. They were not able to release information the pulse count. They will not refund nor consider feedback regarding their unsatisfactory of treatment service. I think a lot of the time was wasted for my appointment when the main purpose customers go there is for proper treatment. Just beware, (whatever marked $) promo for their $275 signature isn't all that truthful. Definitely not world $275. Ask around other places and they will tell you it will be 15-60 minutes long treatment. Nothing shy of that. read more

I didn't have a good experience with Skin Laundry. I signed up for the $250 monthly plan with a 4-month commitment, but my dark spots are still there. (I honestly don't know how people could possibly leave a positive review if they have only had one signature session.) The nurses seemed more focused on upselling products than providing real care, and the treatments themselves felt rushed--just a quick laser session. They later introduced a so-called "power" laser, which felt like more of a marketing tactic than an actual upgrade. It reduced the number of sessions I could book each month since I now had to wait 14 days between visits instead of 10. On top of that, the front desk staff weren't welcoming--one receptionist (female, probably the lead or manager) always had a cold, unfriendly attitude. She never smiled at or greeted me. There used to be a guy working there who was friendly and genuine, but it seems he's no longer with them. In the end, I wasted over $800. I wish I had saved that money for something more effective. read more

I went there for the 75 dollar signature laser facial, plus tip based on original fee 250, so easily over 100. It was quick and no pain at all. The biggest problem is that there is very likely no effect, they are open and honest about it. You dont enjoy the pampering as a traditional facial, you dont get the result as a med spa laser treatment. Repeating service is what they sell, but after spending 100 for nothing, it is not very convincing... The 75 one time trial get you a chance to learn about their business pretty much. read more

This was a completely unprofessional experience. After driving far for a scheduled facial and spending time on intake forms, questions, and photos, I was suddenly told my treatment was "not approved" and I would need to reschedule. This is a private, self-pay business--not insurance-based--so there is no excuse for this to be discovered after the appointment starts. My time was clearly not respected. Businesses like this seem more focused on pulling people in than actually providing services. Wasting customers' time like this is unacceptable, and I would strongly caution others before booking here. read more

I came here for the first time and their first time special is what brought me in. I've never had a laser facial, so I was curious to see what it was like. For something pretty pricey, I would like to see more results after a one-time visit. From what I understand, one time might not do much, but more session means more money and the cost is a bit out of my range since my skin is fairly in good condition. I'm not sure I would add this to my routine and would probably just stick to my own skin care routine even though I don't really know what I am doing lol. I decided to try this location after having multiple bad experiences at the Campbell location! This is all brand new, reception Danielle is polite and sweet. My nurse Skyler is friendly and thorough with my treatment and made me feel like he genuinely care about my skin conditions. Unlike the Campbell location where I was treated by different nurse almost every time with inconsistent performance, this location seems to have stable nurses. Zero Stars - Extremely Unprofessional! I had an appointment scheduled with this place, and I am beyond frustrated. I received less than 12 hours' notice that my appointment was being canceled due to a staff call-out. This is incredibly unprofessional, especially considering I had rearranged my entire schedule and secured childcare specifically for this appointment. I fully understand that things happen and staff may need to cancel, but what's unacceptable is the lack of consideration for my time. Their policy is strict when clients need to cancel within 12 hours, but when it's on their end? No acknowledgment of the inconvenience, no apology, and certainly no compensation. A simple gesture like a discount, a voucher, or even an extra service would've gone a long way in showing they value their clients. Instead, I just received a cold "reschedule" message, which felt dismissive and tone-deaf to the disruption they caused. Don't waste your time scheduling here. There are plenty of other businesses that know how to treat their clients with respect and professionalism. read more

Booked a first appointment with them and there is no discount or such just some nonsence way to attract. Its says 15min consultation and 15 min laser none of them were done . The manager Crystal has made things very clear and easy when it comes to understanding the memberships, which I currently subscribe. and one thing I really appreciate is the timeliness of appointments; knowing Crystal runs things on time helps me actually plan my appointments perfectly and get on with my day.
