When i came to pick up the car it was all dusty and the roof and trunk were covered in oil. He came out apologized and kinda wiped it then charged me $160 for an estimate that he did not have ready and told me that he will email it to me and I am still waiting on that email since 12/5/2023. I had never gotten into an accident before, and they took full advantage of that. I went through insurance, insurance didn't want to cover everything, and knockout refused to budge. They already had my car and wouldn't let me take it back without paying over $2,000 in storage fees. In all, I ended up paying knockout about $1,500 out of my own pocket to finally get my car back. It was an awful situation and they felt nothing trying to get as much money out of me as possible. It was a terrible experience and I will warn everyone I possibly can about this place. Stay away.

After I was hit, they worked with the insurance company to get me a rental car and made dropping off my vehicle a snap. As I was arriving I asked a couple people who were waiting if they had used them before and they all told me this place was great so I decided to stick with them and I'm glad I did! They then maintained constant communication and updated me along the way ensuring I knew everything that was being done with my vehicle as well as updating me on timelines and completion date. Shannon and the entire office staff who assisted me were friendly, patient and treated me like family. They did better work and worked more quickly than any other body shop I have used previously. I cannot recommend them enough!
