If you're not early and waiting, you're late…read more I love the services here but the booking is an absolute cattle call lined up every 15 min. I waited weeks for this appointment and received this message as I was walking in from the parking lot 3 min late. I have previously waited 20 min when they were delayed and had no issue w it. Another time I was 7 min late (traffic) but paid for my session anyway. I do understand that a business needs to keep customer bookings on time but the experience of being cancelled 3 min in was beyond extreme, that could be the difference between 2 people's watch's. You need to set expectations of how early you want clients to show up and wait so that they will not be considered late and cancelled.

So this review is a little late but I feel compelled to share with others my experience. About 3…read moreyears ago I went for a consult to see if Cool Sculpting might be a good option for the abdominal fat I had acquired after a twin pregnancy and chemo drugs several years before. I was assured by a very slim, perky woman that I would be an ideal candidate and that she felt certain I would need just one "round" of treatment. After my treatment I was numb and my skin itched from being frozen. I was excited to see the change that was surely coming. I was told it could take months after the treatment to see the results. I waited, and waited but saw no change. I'm not very over weight. Normal BMI and maybe 20lbs to lose but was wanting to get rid of some abdominal fat. That definitely didn't happen. When I went back for a follow up I was told I'd benefit from another "round". (Ie. Another $6,000). What?! The first $6,000 treatment did nothing but I'm gonna shell out another $6K to see if that might help. I don't think so. They had a senior staff person come in to talk with me and though I could tell she was being careful about what she said, she admitted that I didn't get the results that were discussed and she acknowledged that the person who did the initial consultation was sometimes "overly optimistic" about what kind of results were likely to be achieved (that person no longer worked there). She said with the loose skin from my pregnancy, she wasn't surprised that the treatment wasn't successful. But wait, didn't your employee tell me I was not only a good candidate, but would only require one round of treatment, and didn't another employee just try to sell me another round? Eventually, I had a conversation with a manager who explained that they didn't guarantee results and the best they could do was offer me partial credit toward another service. I didn't want another service. I just wanted my abdominal fat reduced. The manager was adamant that they had held up their end of the bargain and there was nothing more to be done about it. I understand that they can't guarantee results but to have none after being excitedly assured by their professional staff that I was a great candidate and then to have the other employee try to convince me to pay a second time for the same treatment in hopes of getting better results sure didn't sit well with me. After multiple frustrating conversations and my promise to hire an attorney, they eventually agreed to refund 50% of the $6,000. Some may think I should be happy with that but I recently talked to several people who had similar experiences with Cool Sculpting and it got me thinking again about the women who are trying hard to look and feel better only to be disappointed. I got a tummy tuck last year and that's what I'd recommend to anyone on the fence. Cool Scultping may work for some but I found the results incredibly disappointing and I don't think for one minute that Advanced Skin and Body cared in the slightest as long as they got to keep my money. I may have gotten $3,000 back but they still kept the other $3,000 for absolutely nothing on my end. Just sharing in hopes of saving someone else from having a similar experience. Oh, also, it's always 50% Off which is just a scam. No way anyone pays $12K for that!

This review is specifically about my experience with injectables at this practice…read more After spending nearly $50,000 on surgical procedures, I was advised at my one-month postoperative visit that I needed additional Botox and filler. I was surprised by this recommendation given how recently I had undergone a coronal brow lift and facelift. At that visit, I was quoted approximately $1,200 for 100 units of Botox and $1,800 for Juvéderm. I ultimately received 55 units of Botox. The effects lasted about four weeks, significantly shorter than the three months I was told to expect. When I followed up about the shortened duration, I was given differing explanations -- first that it was due to my metabolism, and later that it may have been due to injection placement. No replacement units or refund were offered. Separately, I paid $3,600 for lip fat transfer that did not produce lasting results, and I was billed $1,800 for additional filler at one month post-op. During one lip injection visit, I informed the injector that I have pre-existing lip granulomas from prior filler years ago. The injection was uncomfortable, and when I expressed pain, I felt my concerns were dismissed rather than addressed professionally. Overall, I did not feel that my postoperative concerns were met with thoughtful reassessment. Instead, additional injectables were recommended early in the recovery period. I encourage patients to ask detailed questions about postoperative expectations, duration of injectable products, and refund policies before proceeding. Dr. Naficy's surgical consent states, "if a patient is dissatisfied, we will make a best effort to remediate." This statement is as far from the truth as it can get. Please share my review so other patients can avoid my very expensive mistake in judgement.

I went in for two appointments to talk about a revision he kept telling me I didn't need but it was really bothering me. My first pre op set up experience was great, the second one they just seemed to want me in and out. It seems all he did was remove some scar tissue to make the nostrils look a little more even. (This was in August 2024, 2 years post op) Now it is 2026, and I need a third nose job. My nose is still crooked, looks completely different on each side, and I still can't breathe. On top of this, my left nostril seems to be collapsing. Over 15k later. I wouldn't recommend this office to anyone.

The Northgate location is lovely, coffee is made for you and I sat on a comfortable sofa watching a video of procedures performed by Dr Kevin. I need to add that day prior to appointment, Bailey acted as intermediary,by text to ask if I could come in a 1/2 hr earlier to thoroughly go over my skincare game plan. She actually texted a few times to ask questions from Dr Kevin. Very professional & above n beyond! Dr Kevin decided not to remove my fiilers of Voluma that were haphazardly done by Ideal Image. Please ladies, steer clear of Ideal image and it's copycat franchise,Sev. They hire people that aren't qualified. Nu Me offers a multitude of whole body and face lasers and injections. Dr. Kevin has a great eye and could see my face would flatten if filler was dissolved. He expertly put Radiesse on the sides of my face/cheeks to add support and blend w Voluma for a natural, softer look. Also, put Radiesse in trouble spots around jaw and chin. Very reasonable cost of $750 per syringe. So happy and looking forward to my next Xerf treatment, end of March. Shout out to the very kind Vikki for smoothly handling the financial,as for this I was using Cherry payment plan.

I have sensitive skin, but my skin handled the treatment very well. The doctor gave me great tips on hydrating my skin before the procedure, which really boosted my results. At 40, I'm so happy I tried this -- it's comfortable, effective, and really works compared to older technology.

About three weeks ago I had, what should have been a minimally invasive procedure, done at this location. Since then I've experienced ongoing complications that have not been properly addressed, nor fall under categorically minimal side effects that may result from the procedure, if it is done correctly. Despite reaching out multiple times, I have not been given a clear treatment plan or consistent follow-up care but instead I've received delayed responses or made to feel that it's a personal issue rather than a result of improper care. My condition has only worsened over time, and I've been left to manage this largely on my own. From the beginning, there were inconsistencies in communication. I was sold a package but later told I had misunderstood what was included in the package. I was also told that I would be sent home with aftercare products, which I understood to be part of the service, but were later presented as additional add-on products to purchase for necessary aftercare. I was given the run around from the time of purchase, until now that I have made several attempts to resolve this not only amicably but primarily to get my skin heath back. I was made to feel that this was an isolate issue because of my own skin but have since consulted with other RNs and licensed aestheticians to better understand what actually happened. Based on what I shared with them & their assessment of the aftermath, they expressed concern about how the procedure was performed, including the intensity, level of aggressiveness and the lack of proper skin assessment or testing beforehand by the aesthetician as there are different classes that the procedure fall under, some of which do not comply with certain skin types. I have tried to be patient, reasonable & more than fair in giving the business an opportunity to address this, but the responses thus far have been dismissive, unprofessional and lackluster given the severity of the situation & how it has damaged my skin & impacted my overall conscious throughout my day to day activities. This experience has had a significant impact on me, physically, emotionally, and professionally, and not something I take lightly. I had previously referred several friends here, which makes having to write this, even more disappointing. At this point, I do not feel comfortable continuing treatment with this provider as they have shown their lack of care & professionalism from start to finish. I am currently exploring further options to address the situation & hope that the business takes it seriously in working towards an actual resolution, prior to me taking further action to do so.
