I can't find the review I originally posted along with these pictures. My nose has been disfigured m, as pictures show. Responsibility was not taken, I was told my crooked nose and large welp on my bridge would go away in time. It's been over a year and I am scheduled for a revision with a different surgeon that will cost me double what I paid Dr Liebertz. I would like a refund/ partial refund. Anything would be nice. How can you do this to someone with no remorse? I am so disappointed because I put my trust into someone that clearly didn't know what they were doing. I have been hiding for a year because I am so self conscious. They said to call and talk about it, responding to my review. I tried talking about many times with Brandy, very kind but not the doctor. I wasn't sure how to "calculate" my rating, but it is a cumulation of my total experience of masseter Botox, but mostly SMAS lift. Staff = 5 stars. From Lisa at the front desk, to Connie in surgery scheduling, to Shayla in the medi spa, to Brandi the MA, they were all so warm and delightful to deal with. I probably interacted the most with Brandi, who has the sunniest smile and disposition. The pre and post surgery process was organized, and the staff really treats you well. Botox = 2 stars. I had masseter Botox with Nicole, prior to my SMAS lift. She was very nice as well. It clearly wasn't enough units (felt only slight weakness), which I think is understandable as the first time is probably a bit of "trial and error". But one of my smile muscles got affected (couldn't fully smile), which then made me wonder whether the Botox placement was correct in the first place... Fortunately, the Botox seemed to wear off quickly. Next time I would definitely ask for more units, and go somewhere else. SMAS lift = 3 stars. I feel like the result was mediocre. If you look at the photos on their website, they present a similar story...not much difference between the before and after for this particular procedure, except in the pics where the patient is smiling and activating their face muscles. It was actually a red flag prior to deciding to go with Dr. Liebertz; however, the cost and timing for surgery just worked out for me here. The upside would be that I certainly don't look "over done". In my situation, I don't think enough of my buccal fat was removed, leaving me with persistent jowling. Jowling was the main reason I had the procedure done, so it's disappointing that it's still here. Leaving fat over the jowl area in a face lift, just doesn't make sense to me. Dr. Liebertz said "you'll thank me for it 20 years from now" (referring to only taking out "some" buccal fat). However, I sincerely doubt that. Due to my ethnicity, I have a lot of buccal fat to spare, which surgeons experienced in ethnic differences would know. I'm guessing I'll probably need "yet another" lift in my future as a result of this one being insufficient. Dr. Liebertz = 2 stars. Dr. Libertz's attitude changed between pre and post surgery visits. He was pleasant pre surgery. However, during some of our post surgery visits, he seemed visibly annoyed by my questions and overall dismissive regarding my concerns. At one point during one of my follow ups he said "you need to stop asking me the same question 6 times" in a rude tone. This really surprised me. I'm a very respectful and polite person, so definitely didn't have any "attitude" that would have deserved this. Yes, I was asking a lot of questions, but I certainly didn't ask him the same question six times (during a 5 minute follow up). The post op visits were not a great experience and were almost stressful as his attitude just seemed unnecessarily unpleasant. Visits when his nurse was present were better than when we were alone. At my final (6 month) follow up, again, he was visibly annoyed and dismissive about a persistent area of concern under my ear that has been there since day 1 (it looks like the skin split/separated and now there's a weird looking seam). He said it wasn't a big deal because "you are the only one who can see it". This seemed really absurd and a little bit like gaslighting, b/c it's on my face, and so of course I am not the only one who can see it (e.g. people have asked me about it). It was very frustrating because initially he said it was "normal" healing and that it would resolve within 6 months. At my final 6 month follow up, he said he didn't know what it was from, maybe skin separating from my ear. What?!? Also, at prior follow ups he said it would resolve, and if it didn't, it was an easy fix. At my final follow up it changed to "give it a year", and that it if it was still there, it would *not* be an easy fix and could look worse after. His only suggestion was microneedling ($250 per session) that "might" help, and then he couldn't get out of the room fast enough. It was not a great final visit. All things considered, I am glad I had the procedure b/c there was improvement. But between the underwhelming outcome and Dr. Liebertz's post surgery demeanor, I definitely wouldn't return or recommend any friends or family to him. I think the true measure of a provider is how they treat you after payment and services are rendered and he missed the mark there. read more

I saw Dr. Liebertz for a consult recently. Although I have not scheduled the procedure yet, I just have to say he and his staff ( I met all of them ) are super friendly and professional. They made me comfortable as possible although I was very nervous due to the fact I have never done or even considered a procedure like this before. I felt as if I would enjoy just hanging out with them and shooting the breeze. Dr. Liebertz did not make me feel rushed at all. When the time is right which is very soon I will schedule my procedure. I feel as if I am in good hands. PS I am a nurse who used to work for a plastic surgeon, so I have high standards based on that experience. read more

10/10: Front office communication. The reason I chose to work with them. Connie is great and should get credit for signing up clients after working hours. 7/10: Technical. My surgery went okay, but the stitches do look messy, rough and pulled. I was assured that it is normal, but compare with other patient's photos, mine looked bad. 3/10: Post-Op followup. The patience probably ends with surgery. All the follow up visits feel rushed with no professional caring. Really, Dr. Libertz, you could "get you out of here" in 67 seconds? At least pretend that you cared. No one would drive for an hour and get rushed out in under a minute. That just felt.... well, insulting! With your years of knowledge in this field, you could do a lot better, be caring to your client, you do have that time. After posting the review on Google, the team didn't even have the courtesy to call and simply posted a rebuttal response. If you want to have a doctor who cares not only before collecting the payment, but after, I suggest look elsewhere. read more

I was happy to pay for the services I received but wanted a full refund the services that were cancelled and required me to go elsewhere. During that entire process, Yarrow Bay did not call me and refused a full refund for the services not received. A call to make things better would have gone a long way if it was genuine and tried prior to this review. I'll consider this situation over and would prefer to move on from the poor experience. All women in my eyes are beautiful. We come in all shapes, sizes and flavors, which in itself is amazing. I love my body regardless of whether I put on a few pounds, dropped a couple of sizes, developed a new wrinkle, etc. But, when you feel like there is just that one thing, that bothered you for all these years. That one thing that was just never in the cards of your gene pool. That one thing you work so hard to perfect, but never can. That one thing that you've wanted to tweak for so long. Go ahead and change it! Do what ever makes you feel good, regardless of a million opinions about it ;-) Dr. McMillan and her staff will put you at ease about any service or procedure you have been thinking about for a while. Most surgical procedures require an initial consultation ($75, later applied towards your total), where you can have a Q & A session with the doctor and her nurse as long as your heart desires. Any details, concerns, cautions and recommendations are fully addressed. Dr. McMillan is fun and warm and she understands women, so she takes her sweet time to make sure you feel comfortable. You can also take a look at her other patients before and afters, which gives you a pretty good idea in terms of realistic results. Another item worth mentioning: Dr. McMillan is certified with the American Board of Plastic Surgery. This is the most important credential that you should be concerned about when choosing a plastic surgeon. It is not easy to obtain and requires extensive training specifically in this area. She also does a lot of reconstructive work on women who have lost their breasts to cancer. A great experience from the start. read more

I had a breast lift and reduction done by Dr McMillan about a year and a half ago. I went to two other consultations prior with different plastic surgeons, before deciding on Yarrow Bay Plastic surgery. I had a great experience. I'm in my early 30's, have beast fed two children and had XXL breasts. She did a really nice job with proportions on me because I am a tall girl. I still have large breasts but they are way more perky and smaller they they used to be. I thought it would hurt really bad and be a really long and painful recovery and I have to say it wasn't!!!! I healed fast, I think by the 3-4th day I was only taking minimal ibuprofen. It wasn't as long of a healing time as I thought it was going to be. All in all, it's a beautiful office, nice staff, nice receptionist and Dr McMillan is totally cute and sweet and I loved having her do my surgery. I feel like an update on my "results" is in order, in case anyone out there is considering a breast reduction. It has been two years since I had the surgery. It still stands as one of the best decisions I have ever made, it's no exaggeration to say that having this surgery vastly improved my life. I feel better, am more confident, more active, more comfortable, clothes fit better and SUMMER is no longer the torture it once was - I can wear strappy tank tops, dresses, and wireless bras!!!! I've had a few friends who commented that, after seeing the change in me, they are seriously considering a reduction for themselves. It's been two years and they look GREAT. The scars underneath have lightened considerably and there are no scars at all around the areola. You can still feel the scars underneath, but it's nothing major. The right one was numb for awhile, but most of the feeling has come back by now - also not a big deal and totally worth it. They are a helluva lot perkier (win!), and the shape & size has settled nicely. I've had no complications or weird issues. My yoga practice has taken off, I enjoy running & jogging now (something I never even did before The Reduction), and bathing suits are SO MUCH EASIER TO DEAL WITH. I just FEEL 110% better than I did before. I'm more active. I can't say enough - if this is something you're considering, DO IT. Talk to Dr McMillan, they will help you with insurance, payments, etc. I couldn't imagine having done it anywhere else. read more

I had the pleasure of meeting Diane Oakley, Yarrow's aesthetician when she walked into my job. Funny enough that morning I was researching 'how to treat melasma' and had written down some notes. Randomly we started talking about skincare and she suggested I try microneedling. Long story short I visited their office the following week and I can't begin to tell how happy I am. Huge shout out to Dr. McMillan and her staff. I'm so happy I found her. After some significant fat loss, I was so happy with my body but very unhappy with how deflated and sad my breasts looked. I knew surgery was my only option. I had a couple consultations prior to meeting with her, but didn't feel any of those doctors were the right fit. After meeting with Dr. McMillan I knew I wanted to her to do my surgery and booked with her the very next day. I was really nervous at first about going too big since I had a decent amount of tissue to begin with and really just wanted a fuller look. She put all my worries at ease. She's very knowledgeable and realistic with the results I would expect. I couldn't be happier with my results, they are perfect. They look so natural, the scarring is very minimal. They also send you home with some scar cream to start using at week 3 post-op. I'm so impressed with everyone there. My surgery happened right before things got really crazy with COVID-19 and I wasn't able to finish my weekly post op visits, but any questions or concerns I had I'd email Brandi and she would email back within a couple hours. I cannot say enough good things about this doctor and her staff. I've had an upper eyelid lift, two chemical peels, botox and I'm scheduled for some fillers around the lips next week. I couldn't be happier with the results! The results are natural looking and uplifting. And the recovery time was a lot quicker than I suspected. The first chemical peel I had took years off my skin! Dr. McMillan is upbeat, positive and her approach is measured and thoughtful. It was clear from the beginning that she wanted to provide the best service for ME, I was given clear information, my questions were answered thoroughly, the written instructions given by her and her staff prior to the procedures were spot on and left no ambiguity. She called following the procedures to see how I was doing. One time I thought I needed to let her know something (turns out I didn't) and she returned my call promptly, even though she was out of town. The staff of nurses are incredibly helpful and skilled. Annie, one of her nurses, removed my eyelid stitches without me feeling anything more than a slight tickle sensation...amazing. The anesthesia process was gentle and effective - the procedure actually felt like a rest. I believe this had to do with the fact that Dr. McMillan and her team are consumate professionals, prepared and in sync. Dr. McMillan's office is on the beautiful waterfront in Kirkland. It's tastefully appointed and there are always fresh flowers, which it turns out, are arranged by her talented receptionist, Connie. Connie is the first person who see when you enter the office and she exudes warmth and professionalism. I highly recommend Dr. McMillan and her staff. The prices are great and the service is Nordstrom plus some! There are too many options out there to settle for less and when you find a good thing like this - you stick with it. I had done BA 1 yr ago and felt i was ready for a lift After searching for one of the best surgeons for breast lift found Dr Mcmillan. I thought she was the one after all the searching, I called to make an appt and the lady I talked to was really nice she answer all my questions I felt really comfortable and exited. On my consultation talking to DrMillan I explain what wanted. Instead of explaining me in a good way she was short on her answers and at the same time rude and straight up told me to wait until my breast drop more and in the future to get the lift, I guess she was in a bad mood cause after that she looked at me and ask if I had any other questions it seem like she was kicking me out. Worst experience ever, not going back Ps. Save ur $75 she charges for a 45min consultation You might have to pay that amount for less than 10min read more
