Honestly it went really well me and my step sisters went today, I've been to a lot of shops that are rude and overpay. They were really friendly and good at timing and getting everyone done and gone I got the matte black square and it came up to $65 My step sisters had these reference pictures and theirs came up to $75 for it to look this good everything looks and feels great I'm really happy at how friendly and clean they were Also we didn't get a specific nail tech they were all shifting around taking turns on our nails

I have been here twice now and both technician that helped me have been quick and amazing. They did an amazing design for Christmas that was exactly what I wanted. And they all have been wonderful with my 7 year old. I most definitely will not be going anywhere else.

Were greeted immediately when arrived, and taken back to get mine and my daughters mani and pedi. The employees were very nice, and we found our forever nail home, after searching for one for a while.

Me and my friend went recently for a manicure and got something completely different than what we wanted. End product was crooked nails, longer than I ask for, and a completely different color than shown.We have gone here for pedicures which have turned out great, but the manicures are atrocious. Picture below is the reference photo shown and what I received. Avoid and find a different place unless you want to be disappointed. read more

Customer service? Great. At first. Quality of work is trash- at least for the two ladies that did my manicure and pedicure. I hate the look of bulky nails and that's exactly what I got. My toes were looking streaky so I asked her to remove the polish. Go somewhere else. read more

I went to this nail salon with my mom on Tuesday, we were about to leave for the beach and I just wanted some SNS nails with a simple design. 3 days later 3 nails broke. I get my nails done quite often and this has never happened. On top of that, when she was taking my previous nails off, instead of soaking them, she ripped them off and ripped my nail bed off. And the lady who did my nails was extremely rough, the little drill thing she used kept on burning my skin and the nail bed she ruined. Do not suggest here at all. I had to come back twice to get my nails redone. read more

The nail tech didn't remove all of my previous color - leaving red on the sides of my nails. She removed the parts I pointed out to her, but I didn't catch the other sides of my nails until a few days later. The top coat was bubbling and peeling within 3 days and the gel paint didn't even last a week. Very disappointed. read more

Sydney is EXTREMELY RUDE. She did my pedicure last time and it was rushed, polish not to the cuticles. But she had the nerve to get an attitude when I asked that she correct it. No one is perfect or above improvement. She has a disgusting attitude and needs a reality check. Today, Dion did my sns and it was okay. He's so nice and friendly, though. So I'm willing to give him another chance. But your employees are overworked and it SHOWS. The quality of their work is suffering! Anna did my pedicure and it was rushed! Nails, once again, painted poorly. And she asked to fix it and do them again, but I don't have have ALL day to spend on your nail salon! I just wish there was some consistency and consideration. I spend a lot on experiences and my happiness, because I can AFFORD TO. But I refuse to pay for subpar services! Get it together. Get that "Sysney" under control. You need more than 3 people working!!!! read more

Had a pedicure there which is always great! However I had my nails done as well today which was the worst mistake ever!! After mentioning the hack job the nail tech got mad and the lady doing my pedicure stated I should have said something sooner. My nails were completely uneven,thick and looked like I had just dragged them down the longest gravel road known to man. No im not exaggerating! After the lady got done with my pedicure she tried to fix them but there was no fixing that. Not only was I charged for being mauled I was charged for thing I'm certain I didn't receive! I called and got in with water scape nails and they were able to soak the mess off and fix them properly!I am normally very easy to please but this was absolutely ridiculous! I will never go back and certainly don't recommend them. read more

After being a regular customer for two years I can no longer recommend it . I had the worst experience ever today with a brand new person who had no idea what she was doing and they brought in another tech at the end to actually do the polish . They then gave me a hard time when I expressed my disappointment and gave me a whopping $3.00 discount on a $ 50.00 pedi and blamed it on me for not saying anything earlier . Two of my nails are also longer than the rest and that is apparently my fault as well. Overall sad and frustrating experience . read more

Great people doing the pedicure. Brought my wife and I to relax and both of us really enjoyed it! I have a issue with ingrown toenails and she was very gentle and kept asking if I was ok to make sure she wasn't hurting me! They did a great job! My wife and I were very happy with them! read more

She wanted to simply file my nails down, and the idea of re-doing my thumbnail, which chipped after 3 days made her very angry. She was successful in driving me away. Which includes, in every salon, without fail, a neck and shoulder rub. Little cotton fingerless mitts to protect your hands from exposure to UV during the setting of the gel- this is bare minimum. Let's look at a gel manicure at Glamourous Nails: To remove polish, your hands are submerged in a (warmed) bowl of acetone. Is that even legal? My manicurist flew through the process like she was being timed, which makes me suspect the owners are even more unpleasant to their staff. I have worked for emotionally volatile bosses, who can be sweet one minute and nasty the next- it's abusive. The UV machine was propped up awkwardly on the handrest, pointing towards my face. I have never had someone draw blood when they cut my cuticles before. The acetone fumes when you walk in the door are intense - and it is actually harmful. I am sure there are laws in GA like the ones in NY about ventilation requirements, and I would lay green that they are out of policy. I tipped my manicurist well- they are usually underpaid. Glad I insisted on putting it in her hand- Linn wanted me to give it to her. Hostile, dishonest, cutting corners about protecting and caring for their clients, and their staff.

The manicure pricing is in line with what I have experienced at other spots, but they think a bit more of their pedicures and that is reflected in the prices. Were they worth it? Yes and no...the pedicure was solid, but comparing our services, which were the exact same and started at the same time made it a bit odd as mine lasted about 10 minutes longer than my dad's. For me, I appreciated this, but for him, his tech seemed a bit rushed. Still did good work. As with most spa's, they do offer drinks during your treatment. They should refill the offerings on the tray though, as all the "good" drinks were taken before they got to us, just leaving little room temp waters. Not a big deal, but just a small touch. Our tech's were friendly and did good work overall. Pricing was a bit steeper than I would have liked, so this place would not be a regular spot, but maybe one for a special treat, which is what this day was. Overall, solid place in a good location.

I…read morehave gotten so incredibly many compliments, even by other tattoo artists on the rose that he did on my forearm because he had to have so many of them during his apprenticeship.. I'm not sure if roses are his thing or not, but he did a spectacular job. It still looks phenomenal and I even got complemented on it yesterday. Where a lady at the mall wanted to know where she could go to get the exact same tattoo. The vibe of the place is really chill and friendly and love doing their own artistic ability however, if you don't agree with what they've drawn up, they're super cool about doing a redraw to meet your satisfaction.

She's not only great at what she does, but she also makes the whole experience feel fun and relaxing.
