Recently we've needed various materials and a number of granite slabs of four different sizes. They were awaiting one particular size of slab from their supplier, and when it hadn't arrived after several days of waiting, they offered to cut down and edge larger pieces that they had, at no extra charge, and did it for us within an hour. Al is my usual contact, and he's a great person, with a great sense of humor. They're often very busy, with lots of customers and the phones ringing, so be patient. BTW, check out the showroom and the materials displayed and stored all over the yard.

It was on the quote but at the time I was assuming the truck had to come 2x. Both cords came on 1 truck. Unsure why I was charged 2 delivery fees if it came on 1 truck. Also I was left with about 1 yard of dirt ,gravel and bark too small and mixed to burn. I understand the process and some bark is inevitable but i was left with a large pile on un-burnable that I will have to dispose of.

They came yelling at my door and windows because they didn't like being told that you pick up stuff not just go around it and throw it somewhere else on the property as well as video from other owners of them doing it too. I have video of these people also breaking my window screen and have lied about replacing it and it's been broken since December 2021 and it's now 2022 ( I still have the broken screen). They respond to inquiries within 10 minutes if not less. I've even had them get back to me on Federal holidays when I wasn't expecting a response until later that week. We use them for mulch every season, for multiple lawn cleanings at the home we used to live at on Prospect St Andover, leaf removal every season, and large landscaping projects at our prior and current residences. They always do a great job and work start to finish without delays. I honestly don't even get prices from anyone else at this point. Tim will ask me what I want and what my budget is and then tells me what he can accomplish in that price range. It always looks better than what I imagined. Can't recommend them enough! The pics attached are from our most recent project at a rental property we needed cleaned up. The place was surrounded by beautiful bushes but completely overgrown and we needed to make it simple. Couldn't see at first because the loam was dark, but after it was spread all over the lawn and started to dry out you could see lots of chards of glass and pieces of broken beer bottles. Also had lots of sticks and rocks. We have a swimming pool, we're frequently barefoot in the yard and it's a miracle that no one including the dogs, have cut their foot open.
