Wood didn't burn well, and I was pretty disappointed. Fast forward to this winter when I ran low and again my normal firewood supplier was unavailable. Decided to give Mass Mulch another shot. Got it delivered, and didn't touch it for a month while I burned what I had left. Again wood isn't burning well. Seems like there's a lot of moisture still in the wood. Tough to get going, and fire isn't throwing much heat at all. The ordering and delivery were excellent experiences. The quality is the reason for the low review.

Incredible responsiveness, outstanding guidance, and quick to spring into action. We called on a Friday afternoon and the (GIANT) tree was gone as of Monday morning, with no trace. They gave us great guidance, were wonderfully friendly throughout, knew exactly what they were doing, and left us THRILLED with the outcome. I recommend them highly - I feel so confident in their work, honesty, and integrity that I would recommend them to ANYONE. (My neighbor, whose property the tree fell from, is ALSO using them to remove the remaining portion of the tree.) I call them up to order a delivery. They give me a delivery data. I leave a check on the door on the delivery date. When I come home, the wood has been neatly stacked in the rack.
