I have had a great deal of awkward moments in my life but hands down my experience at this GNC took the cake. I walked in to check out the bcaa's and protein but this male clerk changed that. He came out the back and immediately started interrogating me about my personal life. I tried distancing myself but this male kept approaching me. The final straw was when he laid his hand on me. Why did he do that? I didn't ask for any of this. All in all I will never return or recommend a friend to that terribly run GNC. read more

This store has several Covid type items in its store, gloves, masks, sanitizer, thermometers etc ..BEWARE ..I purchased a over priced thermometer from them for $87.59.. (now i checked and see you can get it at Walmart for $39.99. A elderly neighbor was not feeling well and I needed to get it to him asap so I paid the price gouging amount. The product was defective, does not register consistent or even close to consistent temperatures. After reading the return policy on the receipt I knew I could return up to 30 days. I returned first thing the next morning for a refund. The sales clerk was very nice but told me the owner won't refund because it isn't a GNC PRODUCT! There was no sign stating that where all these Covid products are sitting, no final sales stamp nothing on the receipt indicating, person who sold it to me the day before didn't mention it and it fully says on back of receipt all of their items are returnable within 30 days. I asked the gentleman to call the owner so I could discuss this. I spoke with the owner who was incredibly rude and condescending. Saying he won't give me my money back and that he doesn't have to follow the GNC return policy!!! REALLY you are selling over priced items under the GNC roof and not honoring or at least letting people know before they purchase that sale is final.. ..although if it is defection it should be returnable..almost $100.00 for a defective thermometer and you are going to keep the money.. especially during these very difficult times with people sick and not working!! I would NOT be asking for a refund if it WORKED!!! I have never been spoken to or treated this way by any of the business in this area I have lived in over 30 years.. so be warned DON'T BUY ANY PRODUCT THERE THAT ISN'T A ACTUAL GNC PRODUCT OR YOU RETURN ISSUE WILL BE A BATTLE and these particular items are very expensive there. The consumer should be informed of this at times of purchase that you can't return it , simple fix you would think!! After having to get upset and create undue stress the owner FINALLY issued the refund.. BUT !!!! it was not okay to try and rip me off.. I wonder how many others would of just walked away and lost all their money and the owners attitude was really inappropriate! At least the employees in the store were very professional! read more

I've called several times and spoken to guy who works this store by the name of "Randy". One time he left me on hold for eight minutes. Not sure what's wrong with him. Randy is not only ignorant but he's also a know it all. He talks over people, doesn't listen and advises clients wrong. This guy should not be answering questions about products. He doesn't know what he's talking about half of the time! I called asking for Apple cider vinegar pills for weight loss and he told me that it wouldn't help me lose weight although I'm taking the pills and they are currently Helping me to lose weight. He also suggested milk magnesium for cleaning me out when that product is only used for constipation and it's harsh on the body. It's not good for taking daily. Make sure Randy knows what he's talking about before he recommends anything to clients. I actually used a meal replacement amplify xl that he recommended and it was gross. He's too busy trying to get his own needs met, verses helping someone. read more
