Although this place seems strange and obscure to me to have a certified USPS outlet inside, I have been grateful for the few times I have needed to avoid predictable long lines at an actual free standing USPS and simply mail a package. Now inside they are selling smoke shop paraphernalia and snacks and also renting Haul trucks (again, seems strange all these things under this roof), but also shipping supplies like padded envelopes and colored duct tape. The lighting seems too fluorescent bright white and a touch jarring to me, but in the end, I don't care if I avoided a predictable line at the actual post office. The owners/managers I presume are always the ones helping me ship a package and they are knowledgable, nice (the word friendly might be pushing it, but they are nice) and efficient, simply are not wearing the USPS uniform. Rented a U-Haul trailer here and the guy added on without my consent the extra insurance. This added an extra $9 to my bill. Then he told me to pull around the back and he would be out to hook up the trailer. Waited 20 minutes and I go back inside and he's sitting down with his buddies talking. Ended up hooking the trailer up myself. These guys are useless Then when I returned(less than 24 hours from when I picked it up), I dropped off the trailer which I unhooked myself, the stupid fuck working at the time charged me for an extra day. Luckily I reached out to support and they refunded me. What was supposed to be a $20 rental turned into $58 because of the extra $20 for the day they charged and the extra 9/day insurance they charged as well. Walked down here in the pouring rain because it says they're open until 9:00pm. I get here at 8:15 & they're closed. THEIR PHONE DOESN'T GO THROUGH. Don't rent a U-Haul from here. The unethical people pretending to work here will charge you for frivolous fees on your U-Haul rental and then don't respond when you question it. Horrible service too. Guy talks to every customer for 10 minutes, regardless of how many people waiting in line. read more

They sell fake Juul pods as the real thing and even charge $20 (actual Juul price) but they taste horrible... Kind of like old black tea. I want my money back but I already opened the box and used one cartridge. I didn't even know fake Juuls were made to look so real... But now that I look at the packaging I can see how it was a copy of the real packaging... What a scam I will no longer be a customer at that location and I urge anyone to be cautious about what they spend their money on there as well. read more

So great to have a post office that is open so late! I love this place there is always parking you don't have to deal with the long lines at the post office. It's great to be able to grab and go items fast and conveniently while also being able to get postal needs done. The post office doesn't offer tape unless you get priority mail. If you don't understand the convenience of this place by all means go to the post office and wait in long lines! The people are nice and quick! read more

These guys are up to some sneaky stuff. So besides the awful odor when you walk in, the two kids behind the counter found a way to add hidden fees and charges to their services. I would avoid this place at all costs, also after being overcharged, when speaking to the man in charge he seemed to get very personal about it. Maybe this guy is the owner maybe not but in any event before things got worse i left and called my credit card company and had to charge cancelled. Scamming people during a pandemic should have bigger consequences. AVOID them at all costs. read more

Went here to mail something to my niece. I asked the employee at the front desk if he had a box or something I could put my item in. He pointed towards the back, didn't specify which exact box considering there were lots of options and I don't work in a post office. So I grabbed the box and he didn't offer to help me tape the box up. Had me do it myself and walked away. Worst customer service ever. I will never be back. I have worked in customer service for over 10 years and this guy was one of the most lazy employees I've ever encountered. I also don't typically write reviews however this experience was horrible. I've been here twice to mail something for USPS. The guy at the postal section is always very helpful when I'm shipping things overseas for my business. Today, they let us sample their homemade Ethiopian bread with honey and it was amazing!! I will always skip the lines at the post office and mail here. Amazing service!!
