The owner of this place makes promised to bring certain items for me the following week ... three times in 3 weeks I tried to buy certain products from him. He guaranteed me he'll bring them... he lies he lies he lies. Then he talked me into buying another item and quoted me a price .. after I purchased the item. GNC supplements tend to be more expensive than CVS, but I was desperate to find some zinc to knock out a cold. What a pleasant surprise to see their zinc was only $9, which is in line with cheaper stores. It's also good to know that they carry some of the more esoteric supplements such as Oregano Oil and Black Seed Oil albeit for exorbitant prices. The store was empty when I arrived, so it was easy to get in and out quickly. Get New Competent supplements here. read more

I went here to buy a gnc product and they were out. The guy immediately told me that another off brand product was way better and was trying to get me to buy that. He said the gnc brand was out of stock everywhere and when i said it was online, he responded that they would cancel the order. When some of his statements didn't line up I walked out. Looked it up and other stores have the product as does gnc. These are franchises and they just want you to buy with them. Doesn't matter what it is. Stay away from this store. read more

Beware of this place. Constantly trying to upsell you, sell you things you don't need and then the one product I purchased, when I got home, I noticed that the seal was tampered. I Brought it back to the guy who tried playing it off but no, he intentionally sold me an opened product. There were creases on the seal so clearly someone bent it back to use the product. The guy who worked there needs a better attitude and understanding. I legit was asking a question about the premade ready to drink gnc total lean shakes chocolate and peanut butter. The guy legit gave me attitude and said we have the powdered one and its not that hard with unprofessional attitude. All he had to say is that no unfortunately we don't carry those and i will be okay but with his attitude just made me want to leave the store I definitely won't set foot in that location again. I was on this plaza grabbing brunch with my wife at a place near this GNC store. She wanted to go shop at Sephora in the same plaza so I came to GNC to get a ZOA energy drink. The plaza that this store is in has some parking spot but after lunch time, it can be difficult finding a spot because of Trader Joe's here. When I walked into this GNC store, I was the only customer there and there was only 1 worker I saw. He greeted me and I asked where were the energy drink. He pointed me to the back and I found them in the refrigerator. I didn't see any ZOA energy drink in the fridge or outside so I took it as they didn't carry any. Since I was already inside the store, I decided to get a Prime Energy drink. When I went to pay, the worker said they have a deal where if you buy 2 then the third one is free. So I took advantage of the deal and went back to get 2 more drinks. They couldn't print out the receipt so the worker said he can send it through email instead. read more

Weird experience in there. The guy that works there was trying to upsell me on every single thing I looked at. I wound up buying protein powder and green, I asked him when I bought them if I didn't like the taste if I could return them or exchange them and he said yes don't worry about it. I did not like the taste of the greens which has monk fruit in it. I brought it back to the store and of course he said there's nothing I can do without a receipt, he did offer to exchange it for me and he gave me a different powder which was more money. I said I didn't wanna pay more money, and the whole thing was very strange. When I went in there initially, he rang me up on his phone. I would not go there again. read more

I came in today not knowing a lot about protein powders and supplements. I talked to Xander about my goals of getting better in the weight room, and he educated me on what is the best thing to help me achieve that. He was very knowledgeable and very helpful in making this process easier. I went into this store thinking it would be a 30 minute long session because I didn't know what to grab, but Xander helped me right away and I was there for only 5-10 minutes. Purchased a mint chocolate Barebells bar and chocolate cinnamon roll by Legendary foods which I absolutely love from both these companies. However you can tell this is a franchise that does not stock often. The only time I've ever looked at an expiration date was then (purchased Jan 28). The barebells bar chocolate was blooming which means going bad (I'm a pastry chef). The cinnamon roll was harder in texture than usual aka not fresh. The only employee there creeped me out and asked a ton of questions seeming desperate and made me not want to come back as I'm never in the area to begin with. This place has been reported to GNC Costumers Service 18774624700 call if you have any issues , this place is a franchise and is the absolutely worst one I ever been to. They are violating, the rules of GNC. Off the bat this guy tried up selling me and gave me the worst customer service. This place is has to be audited for expired products and as well as checking if the place is managed right. Patrick is gone, and was replaced by a crook. My reward points (I have a $40/yr Pro Membership) were NOT HONORED. I called GNC corporate to confirm every store (including franchised ones) must honor GNC points, and indeed they do. This owner's prices are also the highest GNC corporate will allow. His 'Sun Warrior' protein is $8 more expensive than at 'Whole Foods', typically known as the most expensive grocery store. In short, he charges the overpriced "max price" GNC allows, while refusing to honor the system they set in place for discounts. He's exploiting GNC's name to overcharge Patrick's former customers. Considering the type of owner Patrick had been prior to this guy, this is outright robbery! read more

I ended up picking up some protein shakes a few days later when I was drinking one I realized it was 2 months expired and checked the others all 2-3 moths expired I guess that's why they were on sale. read more

He takes pride in his business, and has a lot to offer regarding product critiques and explanations on how they work in your body. People like him are why having brick and mortar are so important. If I could select 0 stars I would. I went to GNC looking for a specific brand. The store clerk showed me the offerings by that brand, which did not include the vitamin I was looking for. When I told him this, he made the ridiculous claim that that all of GNCs store brand vitamins were manufactured by the brand I was looking for and therefore the same as what I was after. A quick google search after the fact confirms what I already knew: there is absolutely ZERO truth to his claim. His demeanor and comments while I was at the store made me incredibly uncomfortable.
