We took…read moreour 2 & 3 year olds to My Play Place for the first time and it was a huge hit with everyone! We donated a can good for the hungry and got a sweet discount so it was affordable. We signed up for 90 minutes, put on our grippy socks (bring your own or buy a pair there) and we went off the explore. My Play Place seems to have it all for various ages groups to enjoy. They have multiple ball pits for different levels, an indoor playground, cars and scooters to ride around, texture games, a coloring station, a mini grocery store, a dress up area, and lots more to keep you and the kids engaged and having fun for hours! Not only was there lots to do, but everything was immaculate and cleaned constantly. The wonderful woman in charge (whose name escapes me) was very friendly and making sure each and every thing was clean and put in its place (don't know how she does it all!). This place was incredible and we all had a blast. It'll be a place we enjoy regularly and is perfect rain or shine!

They are very friendly and allow me to use their party room when not in use, which has a glass window facing the play area, to do work on my laptop. That allows me to watch my daughter and do my work. We live in Peoria and have been going to Playzona and indoor play places in Scottsdale for a couple years, but the distance is the same for us going to Anthem or Scottsdale, in either direction (About 25 miles) so I'm totally ok with it! I love that they are open Sundays, a rarity in Arizona for toddler activities. Thanks for entertaining my daughter!

We filled out our waivers online and showed up at UP Town Jungle and immediately told her we had Groupon passes and that's when the attitude started. I showed her our signed waivers or I should say Attempted to show her our signed waivers and she said, "Oh, that may be but it doesn't matter because you're not in our system. " Then some little teenager pipes in with her little attitude and says, " Are you sure you didn't send it to another location??" We eventually got in after filling out and signing additional waivers online. To make matters worse, the only reason we went last night was to bring our 2 year old granddaughter there so she could play and tire herself out because she has to go to Phoenix Children's Hospital for a procedure and we were hoping if she was more tired it would make the night and the procedure less scary for her and our adult son ( her Dad). It took everything in me to not say something because that would just add to an already hard night for our family. Despite arriving 15 minutes early as requested, we were not given access to our private room until five minutes before noon, leaving us no time to set up or decorate. Guests arriving were made to wait between 10 and 15 min before being checked in. Although your brochure clearly states that the private room is for 120 minutes, staff began aggressively cleaning the room and removing decorations and paid-for beverages at 1:40 PM. while my granddaughter was opening presents and all guest were in the room. They made her and her friends move so they could take the tablecloth which we supplied. When we pointed out that our time should run until 2:00 PM, an employee named Shawn was incredibly rude, condescending, and even laughed when I mentioned the poor service. He then stood behind us making rude remarks like "you are now 3 min over your room time) it was 148pm. While my granddaughter was being rushed to open her presents and get out. By the way they rushed us out so fast that they didn't even give her Swag bag we had to ask for it. And it had no T-shirt Furthermore, we were met with significant hostility regarding opening presents. While your own materials state process #3, that food, cake, and presents will be waiting in the room, the manager, Jazmine, argued with the mother of the birthday girl, claiming presents were not allowed. Even after we showed her that your literature only recommends against it to save play time, the staff continued to be difficult. We were eventually forced out of the room at 1:50 PM while my granddaughter was still in the middle of opening her gifts. We left the room rushed after management and employees made the party as uncomfortable as possible. At of the end of the party I was greeted with more hostility and rudeness by Shawn. So I said to him when the handed the gratuity sheet that because of the way were we treated. I would not be leaving a tip. Shawn exact words were "OH NO" while laughing. I do understand how the staff acts is because that is the managers style Rude and condescending. The lack of professionalism and the contradictory policies made what should have been a special day very stressful.
