What made this situation far worse was the unprofessional and abusive behavior from the dealer. When I tried to stand up for my rights, I was insulted and yelled at in front of my children, which was humiliating and unacceptable. Even more disturbing, one of the mechanics I was sent to by this dealer made an inappropriate and offensive sexual proposition to me. This crossed every possible line and made an already stressful situation feel unsafe. This dealership shows no accountability, no professionalism, and no respect for customers.
