I hired this company based on their good reviews on Yelp. They were responsive to my request for service and I was able to schedule a move-out cleaning for my 2 bed/2 bath condo on a day that worked for me. The crew arrived early and they were friendly and polite. I walked them through the condo and left for work. When I returned the following day to finalize my move, I was very disappointed and frankly rather shocked. While the bathrooms and fridge were clean and the place as a whole looked decent, I discovered dozens of places that had either been hastily cleaned or not at all. I spent an hour and a half cleaning spots on the floors, windowsills, baseboards, etc. they also used some kind of cleaner on the stainless steel oven door that no amount of water, soap or counter spray could remove. I am very concerned that this will be seen as damage and taken from my security deposit. When I wrote to the company explaining my disappointment and findings (including several photos), I was offered $20 as a refund. I paid $380 for the cleaning. So insulting. When I reminded them of what I paid, they raised the refund to $30. Moving is so stressful. I hired a professional company to try to take some of the stress away, but it has only added more. read more

Updating my last review. After about a month and a half and negotiating back and forth with the company AND requesting to make a claim with their insurance company, we have reached a resolution. I believe in an attempt to discourage me from making an insurance claim, my money was refunded for the cleaning and they wrote a check to the furniture upholstering company. I had to find an upholsterer and order a new bench covering from the couch manufacturer. I'm now awaiting an install. I continue to believe this company is low quality and shady. I am now getting regular calls and texts from the company wanting me to update my Yelp review and increase stars because they refunded my money. Isn't that what's suppose to happen if you receive poor service!? I had agreed to update the reviews with the same factual information I have provided all along. The facts are: the customer service was horrible until I threatened to make an insurance claim, my refund was being held hostage to my Yelp review, after a month of painful conversations I received a refund and a check was issued to my upholster. Beyond that, this company continues to earn a 1 star review. I will never use them again and discourage others from considering them. read more

I would NOT recommend this company for cleaning services. I hired them for a move-in cleaning for our new house and a move-out cleaning plus carpet cleaning for a house I was moving out of. Both jobs were unsatisfactory. First, the pros were that Jimer was super responsive at all hours and really nice so I chose his service for this reason. He quoted our move-in cleaning and said 5-6 hours. The house was built in 2017 and honestly the previous owners took good care of it, so it didn't require a deep cleaning. My husband had to pay the cleaners and get back to work so he didn't closely inspect after their job of the move-in clean, so he paid and tipped them $40 each. But, when he told me they took 3.5 hours instead of the estimated 5-6, I was worried that it was rushed. We dropped by the house a few days later to drop off items, and our feet were covered in dirt and completely black instantly. They did the floors because my husband said they were wet when he came to pay them, but I think they just pushed the dirt around and never cleaned their mop. I also saw crunched up leaves on the dining area floor so there was a lack of attention to detail. Also, blue cleaner streaks on one of the bath tubs. They said they would dust off shelves, but they ignored the ones in the laundry room, or if they did them, it wasn't a great job. I was really happy with Jimer's customer service when I was setting up the jobs, so I let them know that I wasn't happy with the job they did on the floors and sent pics to let him know that some of his crew weren't doing a great job since I would want to know that as a business owner. I wanted to give them a second chance so I kept the job scheduled for the move-out clean and carpet cleaning for our old place and just asked if they could send a different crew this time around. I was worried about doing this, but hoped it was a one-off. My husband did the final place inspection before the cleaners came for our move-out clean and he painted and magic erased any scuffs he saw. Well, they scuffed up our stairway wall after they cleaned (I have a pic of that too), which they probably did with their equipment for carpet cleaning, so my husband had to fix that scuffed wall afterwards. He said it was the same name as one of the previous cleaners that did our other cleaning job, so my husband gave them $40 tip only because of their bad job previously and this one. After I told them about being unhappy about their floor job with the first place and with accompanying pics, they gave us a whopping $20 back. They ended up charging $40 more than quoted for the carpet anyway, claiming they didn't know our stairs were carpeted. I had told them we needed the stairs cleaned and I have screenshot proof of it in my message to them when asking for the carpet quote, so that was their fault for quoting me wrong. I even asked again to confirm right before the job and was given the same price. Even with their "generous" $20 discount, we ended up paying more in the end for their carpet cleaning misquote. A $20 discount on a bad floor job in a 2000 sq ft house that needs to be completely redone is a joke. They offered to come back and redo it, but we are already moved in so it would be difficult and I don't trust them to do a good job anymore. I have a colicky newborn and we have had to re-mop all of the floors in the house in our limited free time - this is the last thing I want to do, especially when I have a hard time even making time for myself to eat and sleep. The guest room is still left for us to re-mop and anytime I walk in there, my feet are completely black. I feel taken advantage of by this service because we paid and tipped the cleaners, even though they did an unsatisfactory, rushed job. We even gave them a second chance, but they messed up again. The joke is on us I guess? Both houses didn't require any type of deep cleaning. You know how some ppl are total slobs and never clean their house so that dirt builds up? That is definitely not us nor the ppl who owned our house we moved into. Even our realtor commented on how clean the previous owners kept the house, so it's not like they had to endlessly scrub a decades-old house or anything. This was the first time I hired a cleaning service in my life and I will never trust anyone else to clean my house again, especially for the prices they charge just to do a rushed job.
