From day one I got a negative vibe and disgusting attitude from Anita. Since my first appointment which I was happy about, with Gohar, I decided to go for the second appointment which was a smile line filer. When I got there I waited 20 minutes before anyone checked me in, all because they were too busy distracted with a some famous guy. Finally Anita called me in and started getting me ready for my procedure, she asked if I want to get only the smile line done when I told her I might get Botox also. She never mentioned anything about a promotion they were having. She suddenly stopped and had someone else come in and take her place. I'm not sure what made her to do this. Once it was finished I was being checked out by Anita. Perviously, I was sent an email with a $50 promotional to use. I was having trouble finding the email and she told me with her nasty attitude that I can bring it the next visit. So I paid and left. I ironically I was going through random photos on my phone when I noticed the pics that I took while I was waiting 20 min to get in had this promotion in the background on the table, so I decided to reach out and ask about the promotion they were offering. When I spoke to Carolyn she told me that it wouldn't be a problem to use. We set an appointment and I received the conformation email. After 2 hours I received a phone call being told I wouldn't able to use this promo because it needed to be use the same day after already being told they would honor the promotion. I only was happy with my Botox not the filler, I don't see a single change from my filler. I could have gone to Beverly Hills and worked with a plastic surgeon for the same price. Everyone I shared with was shocked about the price I paid, and the lack of customer service. I was very disappointed how they were lying to me and ripped me off. I addressed all my concerns to her and was pleasantly surprised by the vast amount of knowledge she displayed. When they opened up the Glendale location I of course started going there. BEST EXPERIENCE EVER!!! i am a first time Botox/filler patient and u have no idea how nervous i was!!! First impression of the front desk- just wow! Those girls are so sweet. They sat me down offered me coffee, tea and pastries and were just so welcoming! Then it was time for me to go into get my treatment. I was very very nervous. Gohar sat down with me, took her time and explained everything to me step by step. She was honest and truly told me what i needed and didn't. (She didn't just say yes to everything i wanted just to make money off of me) during the treatment she gave me stress balls, chocolate and water and made sure i was at ease. When everyone told me her hand is a light touch, i really know what they mean now. I had undereye fuller, some sort of cheek filler, botox don't all over my face and chin. And i really didn't feel a thing!! (And i don't have a high pain tolerance) she walked me through everything and helped me with breathing exercises through out the whole time!
