5 stars for the super friendly staff, but I've had their coffee at other locations and it never impresses me. It was just okay. I only got it because I was at grand central market and wanted an iced latte. I got the iced latte half sweetened and added cold foam and it was just okay. Pretty basic. read more

Came here the other day and ordered a Macadamia Nut Latte. There wasn't much of a line, but somehow one of our drinks got forgotten, so one latte ended up taking significantly longer than the other. Not a huge deal since we were just hanging out and weren't in a rush. As for the coffee itself, it just didn't really do it for me. The espresso didn't seem very strong, and the macadamia nut milk was a lot nuttier than I expected. Instead of being smooth and balanced, it kind of overpowered the coffee. Maybe it's just a personal preference thing, but the drink wasn't really my jam. The staff was friendly enough and mistakes happen, but between the wait and the coffee not being my style, I don't see myself rushing back for another cup. read more

I love this chain. Their food is great, and so is their coffee. It was my first time at this location but there are a few indoor tables and quite a few outdoor tables as well. It's part of The Row, which is a cute area to walk around. Parking is free for two hours in the onsite lot. I got my usual, the Protein Brekkie, as well as a cold brew with cold foam. I like that you can pay with InKind and accrue rewards. The baristas were super friendly and quick. read more

I like to live dangerously, so I ordered an espresso tonic. It's weird -- not in a bad way, just in a 'why does this exist?' kind of way. The server had all the emotion of a mannequin, but to be fair, I walked in right as another customer was locking the door behind her. So yeah, I was that person. The dining room is chill -- about as chill as everything else in the ROW, which is basically a museum of minimalist restraint where fun goes to meditate. read more

Got the macadamia nut latte and wow...I don't think I've ever had a more bland, mediocre tasting latte in recent memory. Maybe I've been spoiled but the coffee here was terrible. I threw away the drink after a couple sips. Employees were nice though. read more

Stopped by for two lattes with whole milk and vanilla syrup, and they were very yummy and tasty. Really enjoyed the rich espresso flavor - you can tell they know their coffee here. They also have a great selection of baked goods to choose from. The sourdough bagel was a standout - had amazing flavor and was clearly made with care. The staff was friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. That said, the place does feel a bit pretentious for its own good, and everything is definitely on the pricey side. It's usually not super busy, but we happened to visit on a Saturday when the Clare V sample sale was happening nearby, and they were completely overwhelmed. The wait was pretty long as a result. Overall, good quality coffee and food with friendly service, but be prepared for higher prices and potential waits if there are events happening in the area. read more

Was in the DTLA area and wanted to grab coffee at a spot I hadn't tried before. I chose Go Get Em Tiger at The Row. Parking was free in the large structure for a limited amount of time, which was convenient. A security officer kindly pointed me in the right direction to walk over to the shop. The café was fairly quiet with only a few other customers inside. I ordered my go-to safe choice, an iced vanilla latte with almond milk, since I wasn't too familiar with the rest of the menu. I took a seat and waited for my drink, then grabbed it to-go so my parking would still be free. The area itself is nice for walking around or even setting up for some WFH, but the coffee was just okay. Nothing bad, but nothing that stood out either. read more

Go Get Em Tiger is a one of the local chains around Los Angeles that I like seeing. I can see one anywhere in the city and know it's going to be a good experience. I've been to the Row DTLA location several times now, usually coinciding with Smorgasburg Sundays & have always been happy. On yesterday's visit, my friend & I popped in and were greeted very warmly! We both had the Fizzy Hoppy Tea for something non-caffeinated but fun. It had their sparkling red tea, Citra hops, and cane sugar but it's not overly sweet at all. It was a nice light and refreshing cold tea drink. I like this location when at Row as it's a bit out of the way of the hustle & bustle so gives a nice respite. They have a few tables outside so when the weather is nice, it's perfection. ofc I'll be back to GGET! read more

This shop is okay- I'm a huge matcha fan and love a high quality -floral matcha to drink but this just wasn't it. It was bitter and no depth of flavor- was a dark color but flavor didn't live up to the hype. BUT- the barista on Saturday was very kind and patiently working hard by himself so didn't want to give a low review just because the matcha wasn't my cup of tea (pun intended) it's convenient to have a popular coffee shop on this street while we were strolling around the stores and maybe their coffees or lattes would have tasted better but I don't drink coffee so I would never know. Would I personally order again from here? No, but doesn't mean you shouldn't try it- for other coffee drinks it may be great. It's a walk-in casual situation and lighting is kinda weird so not the most ideal cafe working environment but that's okay since I wanted to grab and go here. read more

I'm a tenant at one of the companies residing in ROW DTLA & a long-time customer of the GGET there, but I had the worst experience while getting my morning coffee there today. My co-worker and I stopped by, excited to try their new summer drinks. After I ordered my drink & tapped to pay, I realized I forgot to mention I'm a tenant with a company across the street. Every time I've ordered at this GGET the baristas have been kind enough to say 'welcome back' + apply a ROW employee discount. All I said verbatim was "Oh oops! I forgot about asking about a discount...", and the male barista said just because there is a tenant discount doesn't mean it applies to everyone working at ROW. I asked him what he meant by that exactly, and he said just because I work at ROW doesn't mean I'm "entitled" to a discount, that I need to have "built rapport" with them in order to be considered for one. I explained to him that I've been working at ROW & coming to this GGET for a long time, & I've never had an issue asking about a discount & receiving one. He shrugged off my response, and immediately greeted the male ROW employee after us (who I also know & have "rapport" with), loudly saying, "WHAT'S UP MY DUDE". My problem today was not about any discount, but the attitude & way this barista spoke to me, assuming things about me when he's never met me before. I didn't know professionalism & excellence in customer service was conditional per person at GGET. Extremely disappointing experience & representation of the business. Berry Espresso Tonic was mid. Way to start a Wednesday. read more

Stopped by for a quick coffee after a workout with a friend! The service was nice and quick. The barista was very friendly. I got the regular latte which had a good flavor but nothing too special. Paired that with a seasonal sweet scone - not too buttery and has more of a bread texture than scone texture in my opinion. Free two hour parking at ROWDTLA which is amazing! read more

The cutest coffee shop in The Row in DTLA. I've popped in here the last two times before my hair appointment at Nova Arts Salon and have always had great drinks, food and service! Super cute aesthetic inside, with lots of space to sit and mingle in addition to some outdoor seating as well. The thing I love about this coffee shop compared to the other one in The Row is the breakfast burritos are made fresh at order (this you're able to make customizations if needed). The employees are always super friendly and I will definitely be back. read more

The staff here is fabulous! I'd go back just for the customer service. The first sips of iced coffee was good, but I didn't have time to really enjoy it, and it became watered down when I had the time. I also ate the egg and bacon sandwich. That was great. It was super hot when it came out and I'm a sucker for a runny egg. The bacon was also flavorful (it's smell is what attracted me in the first place). The pricing is a little high, but I expect that because of the location. read more

Stop here whenever we make it to The Row. Amazing coffee. Wish they still offered the Full Nelson, but the Business & Pleasure is a good alternative - a sampler of some of their drinks. Really enjoyed their Fizzy Hoppy Tea. Definitely gets busy, and they're a little slower at the register. Limited seating. However, drinks are so good it makes up for it. read more

Go Get Em Tiger fits right in to the artsy and modernly historic vibe of ROW DTLA and I love it -- the baristas are super friendly and speedy. The almond macadamia milk in my latte felt a little watery though and I am not as big of the lighter acidic roasts, but if that is your thing this place is great! As one of eight locations at The Row, all of which encompass the greater Los Angeles area, Go Get Em Tiger is grrrrreat!! Fresh coffee, good tea, juice and pre-bottles beverages... Along with so many pastries. Classic, vegan, vegetarian, dairy-free, gluten-free.... GGET can more than accommodate, any day of the week [8AM to 5PM]. They have a pretty easy menu that consist of breakfast/lunch style delights like avocado toast, overnight oats, house-made pecan granola, tofu scramble, wraps, sandwiches, sides and other options you'd enjoy. This latte... Was awful... Staff are nice tho. Unfortunate that their drinks suck. Tasteful pops of pink throughout the cafe-- the youthful interior drew us in as we were browsing the Row and we decided to pop in for a pick-me-up. Wrong choice, we should've gone to Dulce Dos :-/ ALMOND MACADAMIA LATTE: Grainy???? Texture is gritty and thin (????). And unsweetened even though we asked for sweetened. We saw them pour barely a shot of espresso in-- which makes sense, bc this tasted like only watery milk, hardly any coffee (and what was left, was unpleasantly bitter). Why would you serve this LOL Not sure how their other locations are... The staff were lovely, maybe just stuck with a bad menu. read more

We stopped in on the afternoon of new years ever and were happy to see the cafe was open. The service was great! The barista working was very attentive and kind. He was on top of his game and helped us as he was making drinks for other customers so we never felt like we had to wait a long time. I like the almond macadamia nut milk that they use - it's light and worked well in my chai. The chai was floral and different from any chai I've tried. It was okay but could use more spice or sweetner to give it more of a punch. Loved the whole ROW DTLA so glad that GGET is here. read more

Sad to say this was probably one of the most disappointing matcha lattes I've had in a while... they use an almond macadamia milk, which I found to be quite overpowering/have a taste that was not for me. While the drink had a solid matcha green color, I should have read other reviews before ordering. It was definitely not worth the steep $8 price point. Beyond taste, I was also pretty underwhelmed with the service. I had some questions for the barista since it was my first time there, but they did not have the most welcoming or kind attitude while answering them. I can't speak to their other drinks, but I'd recommend going elsewhere if you're looking for a matcha latte. read more

The space was in a really cool location. The inside decor and design of the shop was fresh and clean. Really good vibe and cool spot. Overall though the coffee was just okay. I've been to the GGET location near Los Feliz several times, so was thrilled to find a location in the Row. This one is different, as it's an actual coffee bar. I mean, you go up to the bar to order (like you would for an alcoholic drink), and the bartender/barista takes your order and pours your drink in front of you. Cute concept, but all the customers who weren't regulars, we had no idea how it worked until the workers repeatedly told customers to go to the bar to order. They didn't have any matcha the day I went, so I ordered an iced almond macadamia latte and salted dark chocolate mocha. Both drinks were decent but on the lighter side - as in my husband and I couldn't really taste the double shot of espressos that were in our drinks. Maybe it was what I ordered, but I felt the drinks at the Los Feliz location tasted better. read more

Coffee shop located at ROW LA. The iced honey matcha latte and the banana macadamia bread were pretty good, not great, but also quite expensive. The matcha latte is of an unspecified grade and comes only with an almond/macadamia nut milk mixture. $12.50 before tax and tip. Which in this inflated economy either makes sense to you or seems a bit outrageous, depending on your personal situation in life. read more

Service is friendly and helpful and the interior decor is so cute! The menu is made up of a few brunch options, teas, and coffees. I tried their iced honey matcha latte, which is made with both almond and macadamia milks according to the cashier person. They were also happy to let me sample the drink before ordering it. Initially, the matcha latte was quite good -- had a clear matcha flavor and got a creaminess from the macadamia milk. But by the time I got home and the drink had warmed up a little (still cool but not ice cold), it took on this odd savory taste that reminded me of KFC seasoning. a breakfast burrito with bacon, an iced honey matcha latte, an almond macademia latte, a cruffin! burrito and cruffin was delicious, the cruffin was surprisingly stuffed with jam and cream. the burrito was so perfect, with even avocado on the side. the drinks were honestly not what i was expecting, both tasted watered down and the syrups overpowered the heck out of the matcha and coffee flavors. i wouldn't get the drinks again but the breakfast burrito? absolutely. read more

Nice little coffee stop at The Row. They brew a lovely Cappuccino and there's ample seating to relax and take a moment. Their own recipes are made at Cadoro Bakery, and I'd love to steal the one for their salted chocolate chip cookie. Goes great with the coffee. I never used to consider coffee shops for anything other than work, but I've started to appreciate my morning cup more and more. This one is not cheap, but it's perfectly reasonable for The Row, and it's a nice place to sit. read more

It's one of the only cafes at the ROW DTLA so I usually stop by if I want coffee but it isn't anything special. Their drinks are mid/kind of bland & overpriced. Barely any seating inside. And not enough tables or outlets to do work. It's aesthetic for sure but not worth it unless you really need wifi or your caffeine fix! There's several cafes outside the row that are sooo much better. read more

I found myself here after a work event because my company was treating for lunch, and everything was underwhelming. They don't do hot matcha, only iced with almond macadamia milk. The matcha was ok, but the milk wasn't my preferred choice. Then the blt was just ok. It was sustenance, but not much flavor to the spreads or bacon. The tomato was super watery, too, definitely no bold tomato flavor. Nothing was the absolute worst and everything was edible, but I'm glad the company treated because that's really the only way I'd return. read more

When we asked for utensils they didn't have any forks so they gave us one spoon and one knife. We made it work. And of course, when a server did attend to us and I let her know, she was glad I took matters into my own hands instead of not eating for 15 minutes. Thoughts: Go for dinner, and order from the full dinner menu, skip the skimpy street eats menu. With reservations you can sit in the main restaurant area that has some view to the outdoors. We've tried the mango stinky rice sundae (must order), Thai tea lemonade- basically cha manaow (can skip), mango sticky rice drink (pretty good if you're looking for drink version of the sundae but can be off putting texture to some), Thai tea shaved ice (melted so fast so wasn't very enjoyable), pandan toast (a lil dry but good w gelato), & gelatos: mango (good staple), coconut milk butterfly pea (yummy/creamy perfect w mango sorbet), jasmine matcha (good choice), pandan milk (strong flavor creamy yummy), earl grey Thai tea (top 3), hojicha crunch (#1), & Thai tea coffee (eh ok just coffee). All the gelatos were shining stars it just depends on preference; very thick, flavorful, & creamy. I've tried 3x in the past 2 months but will be back for more~

Their strawberry matcha einspanner is also super popular and looked so good with a vibrant jam at the base! Their drinks are also so cute with a crescent moon on top! Service: The server was so kind behind the counter and spent a lot of time with me explaining each of their popular matchas and coffees! Ambiance: Wow was so pleasantly surprised by the parking lot in front of Damo with free parking! There are also five tables to sit inside along with some window stools, so it's a great cafe to study or read at too! There is also a bathroom for customers. Overall great spot to grab a cute drink and study or hangout with your friends! The parking is also simple! Hope you try!!

I didn't feel like causing a hassle to remake because I'm just gonna drink and stir anyway but, since it was my first time here I wanted at least a nice drink picture oh well I left wondering how they would have handled it if I had asked them to remake it lol Parking was easy for me to find on the street, on a Wednesday around 12. The lot itself is very small and one way but if you're lucky it's free parking. Inside is pretty spacious, it's cute modern, nice.
