On June 19th, 2023 I was in the facility and she asked me how many machines I had. When I told her I was using 3 of the 8 load machines and 2 of the 6 load machines she said "wow that's a lot of laundry." I said yes, that I had not been to the laundromat in years, had cancer but was feeling good today so wanted to get it all caught up and done at once. I then heard her on the phone speaking to someone about "there's this girl with laundry..." I tuned it out because I wasn't the only female there at that point and she works at a laundromat but in hindsight it all makes sense. She had been at the folding table folding laundry for those that pay for that service the entire time I was there. When my laundry was ready to dry she pointed to the dryers closest to her. I figured she was doing me a favor and pointing out the best dryer or something so I went where she pointed over to the corner. I had to separate the clothing that went into the dryer from the air dry laundry. I did this to all 3 of the 8 load machines I was doing this while doing my best to keep my eye on the machines that were still waiting for me. I would grab laundry - look - repeat. You get the picture. At this time the attendant disappeared. I finished all 3 of these machines and moved onto the 6 load machines which were in another row over. Machines number 18 & 19 and there was someone else's laundry in machine 19. The gentleman who had just started the machine was still standing there and told me it was empty when he got to it. He was holding an empty basket and I saw no clothes of mine in the window. I started looking in every direction, in all washers and dryers and at everyone's laundry they were folding, in their baskets and challenging people who were leaving. I went to the attendant who had returned to the folding table and told her someone took my laundry. Her response was "are you sure?" I stared at her and told her " yes I'm sure." I went to the machine, put in my card and showed her that I had paid for the use of this machine. I asked to see the cameras. She told me she didn't have access. I asked then who did? She told me only the owner. I asked for the owners name and number and her response was "I don't know ." REALLY? I said "you don't know who you work for? You don't know the name, number, who pays you, and who makes the schedule?" She tells me no. I told her I'm calling the police to report it. She then tells me "just leave your name and number for the owner. No need to call the police." I told her I would leave my name and number but I was still calling APD. Now why wouldn't she want me to call them? SUS Then I noticed another man in the facility who had been there for a good 30 minutes but I hadn't really taken notice of him before. He was clearly an employee. I told him that someone had stolen my laundry and asked if he had access to the cameras and if he had the owners name and number. His response was "No he didn't to both questions. IDGAF. Do what you want. Don't involve me. Call the police if you want. IDGAF." Nice. Helpful guy. I have never heard from the owner. I have money on my card I want refunded. I filed a police report. I know dam well nothing will come of it. I know my clothes are gone, but I know someone who works there took my laundry or gave someone a tip to come take it OR they at the very least knew the owners information and didn't bother to share it which to me, makes you just as ridiculous AND guilty as the person who stole someone else's laundry. What sad human beings that they DGAF when someone else gets their most basic things stolen from them. I know there are others in worse situations, but if they will steal your dirty underwear and socks they will steal your last $5 and your purse. LOOK OUT AND WASH YOUR CLOTHES ELSEWHERE. IF YOU ARE THE OWNER CONTACT ME IMMEDIATELY. THE ONLY WAY I WILL TAKE THIS DOWN IS IF WE SPEAK! RIDICULOUS I HAVE TO GO TO THIS LENGTH TO HEAR FROM SOMEONE.

Timeless, simple, and incredibly flattering. It was the most certain and effortless decision I made during my entire wedding planning journey. I purchased the dress around February and was told it was already being finished and ready to ship. No rush fees, no extra costs. Just an elegant, stunning dress that would arrive within a couple of weeks at a store just five minutes from my home. They even held on to the dress for me up until it was time to fly to my wedding. I greatly appreciated that because I didn't have room anywhere in my apartment and I also didn't want to risk damaging it. Considering Pronovias' quality and reputation, the price felt incredibly reasonable and well within my budget. Her shop is in Lakeway and in addition to cleaning and preserving, she has an off the rack dress shop with dresses coming from California! We eloped in Croatia in September 2024 and I hadn't done anything with my beautiful, intricately laced gown since because I'm terrible :) I wanted my younger sister to be able to use the veil so I wanted to ensure this was properly cleaned and cared for. Upon arrival, we looked at photos and she explained the process and options. This is 100% not the most cost effective way to clean the dress but if you want it beautifully, efficiently, and craft-fully cared for- Robin is your girl! We did some texting regarding the embroidery but I gave her my dress and veil and 7 weeks later - I picked her up in a gorgeous museum quality box and wrapping with gloves to handle. The embroidery was extra but SO worth it as you can see. Her partners are amazing - the stitch work is absolutely phenomenal. I would happily do the process over again! Robin is so passionate, intelligent, comforting, and a master in the wedding industry here in greater Austin! Thank you Robin!!

We placed the order at the end of August and communication throughout the entire process was wonderful! We schedule my second appt we showed that day and she never opened the door for us i called her 3 times and texted her and she saw my messages an 1 hour later but did not bother to apologize for wasting our time. I had to text her to ask her if everything was okay because I showed up for my fitting and she never opened the door and she stated that she was okay but when i was going to show up for my fitting? I was confuse because two days before i called her and texted her. Anyways I assune maybe she did not see my missed calls. I proceeded to schedule another appt this time she apologize for the mix up and she told me all the things she was going to do to my dress then at the end she wanted another payment and i gave her $400 cash since she had worked on some things. On 6/20/25 I went again with my MOH and i did not see any changes but i did tell her how my custom slevees will looked and she said she does not design them she just sews them so my MOH design them with the fabric given by her and pin everything but today 6/22/25 she told me she had an emergency and she has to leave and won't be able to finish I was left speechless because my wedding is in a month i asked her what about my sleeves and she says she cannot do the sleeves because its too detail and tried to change the work order around but why didnt she mention on 6/20 she could not do the job? What's more shocking is that she mention my sleeves were going to rip off anyways becauze of the fabric she was going to use!!! Like you are charging me $400 and you knew you weren't giving me quality!! I explain to her that i understand that she has an emergency , but i expect a refund for the sleeves she did not complete and she refuse to reinburse me because according to her she completed the job... I kid you not this lady cut a piece of fabric and gave it to my MOH to create the sleeves with safety pins and the "sleeves" were the same way we left them and she said she sewed them together and did her job. I told her I was not going to pay her any more money because she had rip me off and she threatend me to not give me my dress or to call the police or worse sue me? I stated to her that i was willing to pay her for all the work she did so we agreed to pay her $200 more but that was me being nice because she did not live up to her word. Then after she received the $200 cash she says that i still owe her money because the total is $1750!! I explain to her 4 times that the total on the receipt was $1575 however she insisted At the end she told me that i needed to leave her house and she shut the door on me. Brides or anyone that goes with her please have a witness or record everything she says because she denies alot of things. I left her place with a huge headache, although she gave me my dress i am now in the urge for someone else to finish her job because she did a horrible!! The only thing she did was the bustle and cut 2 layers of my dress. I came home and the layers were cut so uneven! I just wanted to cry The veil she sold me was $275 and she did the pin while i was there in 10 mins and incorrectlly and she cut the veil so bad!! I should of seen the red flags!! I would suggest to not even call her she wants you to pay her all the money and won't finish the job! She demanded more money on the third fitting but i told her I could not give her more money until she finished and thank god I did because I would have lost more money. The dress could possibly be from a past year or current, but the cool part is they have many off the rack dresses. They start at bridal size 6 and to me that was the best part. You wouldn't be able to order all of these in your size, you'd have to find it, but you'll also save a good bit of money and will be able to take the dress home right away. I found many size 6 dresses that fit perfectly, and chose 1 that same day. Highly recommend bestow if this is what you are looking for. Another person was complaining about making them wash their hands - they do that with everyone - it's important because the dress you try on and say no to is the same dress someone else will say yes to. I appreciate the cleanliness!
