At 3:30 PM, 5.5 hours later of no update or call on my dog, I finally called. The owner Gadi answers, oh yea they are finished. I walk in as I was waiting in the parking lot at this point and asked if the dog has been outside or had any water going on 6 hours of being there. Gadi just looks at me, I called you at 1:30 PM and left a voicemail. He lied, he did not call. I asked to see record of the call, he searched both his cell phone and shop phone to find no record. Okay so now we established he lied, a dog who has not been tended to in hours with no water and no apologies. IT GETS WORSE. Gadi then returns a small redish golden doodle that was NOT my dog nor resemebled my 50 lb snow white tall doodle. If this is how a business owner treats and cares for dogs, I think people should know. I am new to the area and should have known after my first go around with Gadi. She was there 5 hours and I called to check in twice with clear signs he was annoyed with my check ins and given clear instruction they will call me this go around or typically I would have checked in earlier. I also explained to Gadi I had been waiting in the parking lot for hours thinking they would call soon, still barely any apologies after trying to return the wrong dog and lying to my face. I hate to leave a small local business a crappy review but I really wish someone would have spoken up so my dog and self didn't experience this today. When you are putting trust in an establishment to care for your dog, this is an unacceptable response from an owner who clearly doesn't understand what dogs mean to their owners.

At one point we tried other places in an effort to cut cost down a little bit but then our golden retriever had a bad experience at Petco, and we realized the personal touch that Cookie and Wayne provide our animals is more then worth the little bit more in price.
