I made a mistake of renting one of my extra rooms out with a tenant with a dog. I did not charge for a pet fee nor a cleaning fee. I only charged for a deposit. They immediately patched me to the professional cleaner for an advise and he told me that wetting it with the rug doctor indeed made the wet dog smell worse. So we scheduled seamlessly and for $160 he cleaned my 10x12 room and even did my bathroom and my other room as a bonus! So far the wet dog smell is gone. I am happy! read more

First off, my scheduled appointment with them was at a window from 1:00pm-1:15pm but I got a call from Frank around 12:50pm saying him and his partner were already here! This is by far the Worst experience I have ever encountered. I called GoGreen company for an estimated and hung up the line, THEY actually called me back offering help for my situation. I told them about a small stain I had in a very tiny unit apartment. I Explained the Whole situation to them and they assured they could help me. I prepared my unit the night before and the morning of the cleaning. Time comes for my appointment and nobody shows up or calls. Then I get a call 45 minutes after my appointment time and this lady wants to confirm my appointment for the next day. I'm like WTF!!! so she says she will see if a tech can come out. A complete jerk showed up one hour and a half after my appointment time. I have then waisted the whole afternoon on these people and I rearranged my work schedule just because THEY said they could help me! Hd shows up and I'm like, wheres your equipment, ohh I have to see your place first..he wasn't even prepared to work! I said that would be wasting my time and its getting late in the day. So we walk All the way to my unit and he mentions..its far.... no shit..its an apartment complex, wtf do you expect?! Then he proceeds to Argue with me about How he cannot help me because the products are Green, in other words, they use cheap stuff that actually doesn't clean and he didn't want me to waste my money!?? Why the hell did they offer to help me in the first place?! This company is such AHoles!! Talk about prompt service! I contacted their web site last evening and received a call this morning. I told them what I expected and, since I only needed the master bedroom cleaned, I was hoping for a good price. One hour later Alfred was at my door step ready to go. He was very courteous, professional and thorough. He even power washed my shower stall at no extra cost!! The price was right, the results excellent and I would recommend his services anytime. I am not happy about the experience I had with this company. I would not recommend it at all. First, the owner showed up one and a half hours late. He did not do a good job. I did not see the difference between before and after the cleaning especially stairs. After the carpet was dry, I did hand cleaned half of the first stair myself, and it got clean. He also left a stain of a black line of his hose on the carpet in the living room. I sent him an email with some photos, and his response was to come back and reclean, but It takes so much coordination to have a carpet cleaning, dealing with wet carpet and organizing my schedule around it especially with a child. I sent him an email asking to get refound. He did not respond my email. I thought it was pretty dishonest. I called the company and talked to a man. He said the same thing. He scheduled an appointment for this Saturday, and the owner sent me an email at the last minute to "let me know" that he would reschedule my appointment. Let's see how it goes. I chose them becuse HomeAdvisor had a list of recommendation. I would hava not chosen this company if HomeAdvisor had not had the list. I will talk to HomeAdvisor as well. read more
