AWESOME Experience. I was pretty grumpy learning that I needed new tires (so soon!) and was in a bit of a pickle about it. And I was referred to Go Green, checking them out on their website they seemed to be exactly what I was looking for. So, Go Green Tires had great customer service, really nice team. Unfortunately, when they did a rim swap on my car they forgot to transfer the TPMS over to the new rims. TPMS are the PSI sensors in your tires, which became mandatory by law in 2004. Any company who changes out rims/tires etc. knows you have to transfer them over. Go Green Tires failed to do this. When I called 2 hours later to see if I could come back to have them do it for me, since they failed to do so prior, they blamed me for not telling them I had sensor. My car is a 2017 model. Hmm..... Sensors have been mandatory by law since 2004, you should know better. Your job is to make it right and take responsibility. For that I am unhappy with my overall experience. read more

Rob worked with me over the phone to find the right tires for my jeep and then grabbed them from the warehouse and held onto them for a couple days until I could get down to their shop. Once there, Mike showed me the tires to confirm they were the ones I wanted and went over all the features. While I waited for the tires to be mounted, I witnessed Mike talking to customer after customer while also answering the phone and he gave everyone the attention they needed/deserved. As I paid, Mike handed me my tire warranty AND my manufacturer rebate --- which he took the time to fill out on my behalf and had a stamp on the envelope ready to send off! Just wonderful! We actually bought our tires through an online warehouse that ships to the local installer of your choice. I had NO idea as I have always bought my tires from Discount... After reading all the positive reviews I decided to let Go Green do the install for me. I was AMAZED when I got a call THE DAY AFTER I placed my order that not only where my tires in, but they would be able to get me in that day for the install as well!!! The guys were all very nice and chatted with my wife while we were waiting and were even good enough to offer some suggestions for alignment places around town (gotta protect the new rubber!). I'd already taken my BMW's leaky tire to discount tire-fixy place and they said the tire was too stiff to get off the rim. So I took a chance and headed up Federal hoping to run into a pro tire place or, at the very least, tuck into a nice bowl of Pho (if you haven't eaten pho, you should. But I digress...). The place was really snowed from all the folks coming in for new tires after the first big snowfall here in Denver. Brittany was kind and patient, a real pro on every level. I told her I wasn't in huge hurry, and so, yes, a few customers who came in after I came in did get service before I did. But that's exactly how it should go. Tire places don't make any profit from patching punctured tires. The paying customer should come first. While I was there--which was a couple of hours--I overheard Brittany helping out other customers, in person and on the phone, and it was clear that she takes personally finding the best, and best-priced, tire for each customer. If they've got a used tire with limited tread, she tells them. If they've got a great set of new tires that are a good deal because the maker's not a household name (but is, nevertheless, a high-quality tire), she'll tell you. There's no pressure. No hard sale. Just the facts, ma'am. The owner, who's name I didn't catch, seems like an old-school, from-the-old-country, tough- as-nails no BS kind of guy working both the phones and the bay, overseeing operations. I also got a few seconds with the tire guys, and they seemed like really nice, let's get this right kind of guys. So I went in for a tire repair but found a place where I'll be getting my next set of tires. It's nice that places like this are still around, where you know you're not getting ripped off and the crew putting you back on the track actually know what the hell they're doing. I will never go anywhere else to buy tires. I hate going to the mechanic and try to work on my own cars as often as I can, but obviously with tires you can't avoid having someone put them on for you. It is a wonderful experience to get tires here. They have a quiet, air conditioned waiting room and it seems they only work on one car at a time, so I have never waited more than half an hour for a full set of tires to be installed. I got one used set for tires for $190 installed that I loved and I got great gas mileage out of and I just got a brand new set installed (with a coupon) for $350. They didn't have them in stock, but I stopped by in the morning, sat down with the gentleman who always seems to work in the office (and I assume is the owner's son) and he was incredibly friendly and helpful and we picked out excellent tires and he ordered them in. I came back in the afternoon and left with a brand new set of tires for a great price, having had an excellent experience after half an hour! Definitely recommend, especially if you hate typical tire shops like I do! read more

I told him exactly what tires I wanted, that I had been approved for financing, and could he do it? He had my tires, got me a great price, got me scheduled. Upon arrival--and this is important--every single employee smiled, greeted me, chatted. Every one was a dude. I am female. Nobody gave me crap about my bad tires or said "if you were my sister" like the discount tire guy did. I ended up paying less than my original quote because I got over-exuberant on the SNAP finance page and got approved both for financing and a one-time use card, and Will made a phone call to snap and gave me the lower amount without the fees and that's rad. The service and value at Go Green tires is exceptional. I have been here 3 times- last year, I bought 4 new tires from them. This included free tire repair from road hazards...and boy have I needed it! I have brought my car in twice...once a year later (free patch, quickly done, great service) and 1.5 years later. When I brought it in the second time, it was because an oil change spot told me that I needed one new tire, and a patch on a back tire. I came in fully prepared to buy a new tire, but they VERY honestly told me that they could patch both tires....again, totally for free because I had bought these tires from them new. They are just great, honest people. Will, who is often in the office, gives thorough answers on the phone and in person, and is the definition of stellar service.
