    My google review.

Went to this location on 8/9/2020 I appreciate the safety measures being implemented to protect the customers and employees at this location but the customer service here was about as good as you get at the DMV. We got the "Get in and get the hell out" treatment. I walked in and grabbed a froyo cup for my son and I and a female employee snatched the cup out of my hand and with a nasty attitude said, "You don't do it, we do it. What flavor you want?" *If you don't want customers touching the cups, PUT THE CUPS OUT OF REACH. Seems pretty logical, no? Maybe hide them behind the counter? I approached the topping bar and the male employee told me to step back more. I was already a good distance away from the topping bar and had a mask on so I don't see the problem. *Put a marker on the floor indicating where you want a customer to specifically stand. I walked in with my son, brother, and sister-in-law and we were all pretty upset. My sis-in-law decided not to order anything because she was upset about how I was treated and didn't want to deal with the employees. Of course we were rushed because only one customer is allowed in at a time but I can't find a good excuse for the way we were treated. First and last time I go here. You are better off going to the Go Greenly in Scarsdale. The employees at this location can not handle the new safety measures and are obviously stressed.

This was the third location of Go Greenly I have been to. At this time, you can go inside to order but you have to wait outside and they will bring your drink to you. Luckily they have a table outside for this. I wasn't in the mood for yogurt so I got bubble tea instead (no boba). It quenched my thirst, albeit being very sweet. I'll most likely come back the next time I am in the area, as I have a friend who lives around the block!

Although I had an amazing froyo cup with taro and vanilla froyo and mochi, passion fruit balls and lychee balls, I have to say the selection and atmosphere was dissapointing. They only had very basic flavors besides the taro, which I found to be odd because it's so unusual but appreciated. It was so quiet, the staff working there didn't even talk really. They didn't seem like they wanted to be there really. The toppings were alright but again the selection was minimal. It was a satisfying dessert and I wouldn't say I wouldn't have it again, it just wouldn't be my first choice

Reached out to their facebook support page and they read and ignored the post.

I showed up at 11:50 knowing they opened up at noon. The worker inside saw I was waiting outside with a young girl. At 12:05 I knocked and she waved her fingers no. I knocked again, trying to find out how much longer and if it was worth the wait. She opened the door with an attitude and said "30 minutes. Not my problem. Sometimes things aren't ready on time like people want them to be." As I drove down the street 5 minutes later, the store was open and people were inside. I parked my car and came inside and said "You could have just told me another few minutes. I wouldn't be upset if you were running late." She rolled her eyes and gave me my total. Very unprofessional. Staff should get here on time to ensure on time opening, especially if there are people outside. 4 other people walked away disappointed.

Yelp should truly have a a no star review option !! Because this place deserve a big fat GOOSE EGG !! The worker treated me like I was a toddler, I asked to give me the small taster cups because my go to flavor was out of order for the moment and the lady comes with her bare hands touching the small cups from the lip rim asking me which one I wanted to try and I told her I was okay I can do it myself, she refuses to give me the cup and told me no, mind you she had no gloves ! I don't know the last time she washed her hands or even used the bathroom ! The other worker was as rude as her she was talking to me while eating with her mouth full ! Go greenly needs to reevaluate their employees attitude and their health policy ! please feel free to contact me for any question about my experience !

I wish I could give this place 0 stars ! Just left after one of the employees refused to provide the sample cup unless she did it herself !? Then she gives me a stupid look because I said it was unsanitary that she's grabbing the cups with her bare hands ! And then the other employee while she stuffs her face says she's grabbing it from the bottom... Uh no she wasn't I am watching her grab the sample cups and fondle them as she walks over to the machine. Both very rude and didn't seem to understand that it is unsanitary to handle the cups and handle the yogurt for the customers without gloves !!! How do I know she didn't just use the rest room and didn't wash up !? All the while also I point you to the pictures !

They have the best red velvet frozen yogurt I have ever had. Sort of expensive but worth it. Other flavored are standard fro yo tastes.

I am however, a chocolate fiend. So when I noticed The Pod by Cocoa Compassion on Cedar St in Dobbs Ferry not far from where hubs and I had our antique+vintage shop, I had to visit. The Pod by Cocoa Compassion's owner- Joy is 100% in support of working closely with family-run cacao farmers in The Caribbean, some Central American countries and Africa and sourcing the best quality chocolate bars and powders to these neck of the woods and beyond. What's more, the owner donates a portion of her profits to charitable organizations in NYC. With her chocolate, the owner bakes her own delicious 'Compassion Chocolate Cookies' that are filled with scrumptious dark chocolate chunks, other pastries and her hot chocolate- which is to-die for. When you come to The Pod, you're actually home: sit on the sofa lounge a bit if you want and strike up a conversation with the owner- who's a hoot and damn well knows her cacao. I learned a thing or two maybe three because of her. The shelves are stocked with dark chocolate bars and powders for purchase and specialty gift items as well. By the way, Joy rents(?) the small space up front for pop-up events+vendors selling their handmade jewelry, silk scarves, etc.- just double-check if this is something she's still doing. If you're looking for somewhere to have a tasty hot chocolate, want to indulge in a one of her cookies or come in for the positive vibes, The Pod is a must.

I thought it was like a fast casual place. I could not get cell service so I had to connect to their wifi. When I ordered, I saw they asked for a tip. That was frustrating since I am doing almost all of the work and what am I tipping for? I gave the standard 20% tip because if they see I do not want to tip then I am probably begging for food poisoning. Just like any McDonalds, the staff brings the food and that is all they do except clean up any part of the table that you cannot clean up yourself. The margherita pizza and truffle fries were nice. The pizza is too big for one person even though the menu says "individual." Just like any fast food place, there is the section for you to place your dirty dishes when you are done. So I cleaned the table myself even though I tipped these people. I will not return because tipping people to do their work for them is not for me.
