At the very tip corner of Cedar St, Go Greenly ALSO offers Bubble Tea, smoothies and a couple of other things. On a super humid Halloween late afternoon, I finally notice them and their bubble tea grabbed my attention. Plus since I'm a lychee bubble tea addict, this was just right- for me. Go G.'s inside has a lot of sit down space by the window and the counter setup is vast as well. Service was fine and when I requested the light ice and an extra shot of Lychee in my drink, my wish was granted. I may not be a bubble tea expert- but this much I know, Go G's boba is (1) smooth and slightly soft on the outside and it was chewy all the way through (2) the lychee [syrup] was actually tasty (3) had nice tea flavor. I always want to like this place but the service is just so bad. They are just always so rude and make your presence feel like a bother. They keep the spoons and lids behind the counter but make you wait behind a long line to get them. It seems like they are too cheap to allow people access to spoons and lids, but their product is not cheap. I'd expect to at least be able to grab an extra spoon or lid if my toddler drops one on the floor. Went to this location on 8/9/2020 I appreciate the safety measures being implemented to protect the customers and employees at this location but the customer service here was about as good as you get at the DMV. We got the "Get in and get the hell out" treatment. I walked in and grabbed a froyo cup for my son and I and a female employee snatched the cup out of my hand and with a nasty attitude said, "You don't do it, we do it. What flavor you want?" *If you don't want customers touching the cups, PUT THE CUPS OUT OF REACH. Seems pretty logical, no? Maybe hide them behind the counter? I approached the topping bar and the male employee told me to step back more. I was already a good distance away from the topping bar and had a mask on so I don't see the problem. *Put a marker on the floor indicating where you want a customer to specifically stand. I walked in with my son, brother, and sister-in-law and we were all pretty upset. My sis-in-law decided not to order anything because she was upset about how I was treated and didn't want to deal with the employees. Of course we were rushed because only one customer is allowed in at a time but I can't find a good excuse for the way we were treated. First and last time I go here. This was the third location of Go Greenly I have been to. At this time, you can go inside to order but you have to wait outside and they will bring your drink to you. Luckily they have a table outside for this. I wasn't in the mood for yogurt so I got bubble tea instead (no boba). It quenched my thirst, albeit being very sweet. Although I had an amazing froyo cup with taro and vanilla froyo and mochi, passion fruit balls and lychee balls, I have to say the selection and atmosphere was dissapointing. They only had very basic flavors besides the taro, which I found to be odd because it's so unusual but appreciated. It was so quiet, the staff working there didn't even talk really. I showed up at 11:50 knowing they opened up at noon. The worker inside saw I was waiting outside with a young girl. At 12:05 I knocked and she waved her fingers no. I knocked again, trying to find out how much longer and if it was worth the wait. She opened the door with an attitude and said "30 minutes. Not my problem. Sometimes things aren't ready on time like people want them to be." As I drove down the street 5 minutes later, the store was open and people were inside. They didn't have much of a variety when it came to the yogurt, only 4 options which is extremely limited when most frozen yogurt shops have at least 8-12 depending on where you go. Second, i was disappointed with the amount of toppings the clerk put on my yogurt. I had a bunch of yogurt I plopped into my cup and asked for about 5 toppings which the clerk had no problem putting on, however she was very skimpy with it and it was gone in two seconds once I mixed it into my yogurt. This is definitely one of if not my favorite yogurt shops in Westchester. The staff is always pleasant, attentive, and helpful and the venue itself is always clean. The worst thing is when you walk into a shop and the place is just a mess with spilt yogurt and dirty spoons all over the place. I come here instead of Red Mango or Pinkberry as the yogurt here is just as good minus the pretentious attitude. The toppings bar is great with both dry and refrigerated options. They have a good mix of yogurt flavors and even offer sorbet if you're not one for dairy. However; If their business depend it on their staff friendliness, making a connection with your guests and just providing regular smiles this place would go out of business. first, the froyo is absolutely delicious. I've been to several froyo chains, and this is one of the best I've tried. now in regards to hygiene (as other people have mentioned), do they not get any training here or do they just not care? The girl was texting on her phone when we walked in and then she grabbed the sample cups (NO GLOVES) with her fingers covering the rim of the cup which we'd be putting in our mouths. I'm giving this place one star because the worker was so rude and disrespectful. You have to wait for the worker inside to open the door for you to come in. She saw me standing outside and pretended not to see me and had me waiting while she was standing there doing nothing. I've been coming here since it first opened - They originally were called something "pink" and I think Pinkberry made them change there name! But let's fast forward to last night. Six flavors were available: Tart, Taro, Vanilla, Chocolate, Graham Cracker crunch, and a pomegranate fruit thing. I tasted Graham cracker - it was like a combo of pomegranate and the inside of a machine. Pass! My wife tasted the vanilla and said it was pretty good, so I went with that and added on the side of it tart. Tart is usually pretty safe as it's plain yogurt, more or less. The tart literally tasted like you could imagine a flavor called "dirty old dishtowel." It seeped into the vanilla a little and the who thing was absolutely disgusting and I threw it away. This place clearly no longer cares about the quality of their product, or they are lazy or just gave up. Can't tell and doesn't matter. They have been declining for a while now, but there's no way I'll ever go back. Every other Froyo place is about 1000 times better. ZERO stars! read more

I actually haven't experienced any of the negativity that other Yelpers have, but I've only gone a couple of times. Parking is always annoying, so I generally only go if I'm already nearby. Otherwise, I know what I want, put it in the cup, get the toppings (great selections and the fruit has always been super fresh in my experience!), weigh, pay and go. People working are always chatting, but whatever, I'm not there to linger. The seating isn't the greatest, but I always am getting it to go. But Go Greenly, unlike many of the other places, constantly creates new flavors. The two latest being nutella and toasted marshmallow--both are amazing!
