During my consultation, I was provided the option of regular braces, clear braces, lingual braces or Invisalign. I ended up going with Invisalign. They took a digital scan of my teeth and sent it to the lab right away. Because it's all digital, I was able to get my aligners in 3 weeks! Pretty quick and painless. I got to visit GO Ortho a couple of months ago to get rid of my permanent retainer and get a removable plastic one instead. The old retainer was removed quickly and painlessly. I got my new one the next day. It fits perfectly, the only thing I don't like -- it's difficult to take it off in the morning (it says about good quality of the retainer, though). I was recommended by a close friend to check out this office. Frankly, by the beautiful layout and regarding the city, I thought it wouldn't be in my budget. However, I was given a reasonable price for such quality. Dr. Ohanian provided an in depth explanation of my current teeth situation during our consultation. Long story short, I started my treatment 1.5 years ago elsewhere but am not happy with the results. My daughter is seeing an orthodontist that is out of town now and had an issue where we needed a digital scan of her teeth to make a new appliance. I tried calling some labs to see if they could get me a scan and then tried calling this office since they seem hi tech. I had quite a bad experience with the orthodontist (Ohanian) at this place. My wife had been with another orthodontist for a while for invisalign treatment and unfortunately he retired and turned all of his business over to this establishment. During the first visit, after doing a dental scan, Ohanian's advice was to finish up by creating a final retainer and stopping treatment. He was quite harsh, belligerent, and rude when I pointed out that the previous orthodontist was going to continue treatment on the lower teeth and it contradicted his opinion - I merely stated that someone was probably wrong. Although I didn't say anything I was suspicious due to the fact that we had a zero balance on our account and I figured he just wanted to get rid of us. We went for a second opinion to another well established orthodontist in Glendale and they suggested continued treatment validating the opinion of the original orthodontist. The new treatment will cost $2200 and fortunately we are able to afford this. However, I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from Ohanian. read more

I researched them thoroughly and the idea is cool, but I just didn't want to risk taking impressions on my own. I figured it was worth getting a professional's opinion, especially since a consultation at this office is free! I just wanted to go in and see what the doctor recommended and how much it would cost. I have dental insurance through my work, and this office was able to do no interest and offered in house financing, so I figured it was the best route for me.
