WOW. Invisalign has been the best investment. My biggest concern was my overbite, they also fixed a crooked tooth, my gums & middle alignment. It was a long process and this is also a forever commitment!! I don't mind wearing the retainers, it helped me notice how much I clench my teeth. It definitely forced me to have even better hygiene, I didn't want my teeth to stain bc I drink so much coffee. As a teenager I came to this ortho many years ago. I always remember the visits being through & pretty fast. Fast forward a couple years later my teeth have stayed in pretty good shape. I couldn't be happier with the results and experience with Dr Ho and his team. I had straight teeth all my life without braces, but later in life they started to move, and it became hard to eat, and I stopped smiling in photos. My teeth looked "ok" but not quite how they were before. I decided to fix them at 51, and I'm so happy I did. The payment plan they set up for me was doable without too much hit to the bank account. The staff is professional, yet personable. The facilities are extremely clean. They have convenient early morning appointments so I can get to work on time. I left a review awhile ago after being pressured to do so in the office of my doctor. While I was there I felt uncomfortable sharing my true experience but after receiving a comment on my last review I feel like I should share it now. I have dealt with TMJ issues for two years and have gone to Hudson and Ho twice. The only thing they have been able to offer me is a new retainer. They refused to discuss any other treatment options saying my pain wasn't serious enough for surgery. Well, here I am two years later, still in pain literally every day from my jaw. My retainer has done nothing. I don't feel they took my pain or treatment seriously. If you have TMJ issues, don't come here. read more

It pains me to write this because I loved going here as a pre-teen when I first got my braces and always remembered the employees being so nice. I know Dr. Hudson has since retired but I would have hoped that the overall brand and legacy would continue on as his name is still in the business. I went here back in July and as much as it's now February, my experience still sticks with me and caused me to write this. I was one of the first appointments right at 7 AM and it seems as though they double booked because they were rushing me towards the end and I barely got any FaceTime or questions answered by Dr. Ho. I've been considering getting Invisalign as my bite has since shifted from when I first got my braces off over 10 years ago. What doesn't make any sense is that I've had a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth and those have managed to shift too. One of the more upsetting things is the lack of consistency between what I was told and what actually happened after my appointment. They said they would make me a new retainer when I was there. When I followed up two weeks later, they said that was not the case. And of course there were no notes taken that that was what was messaged to me. Additionally, as Invisalign is not something that you can easily agree to, nor is it easily affordable, I had some follow up questions which they were so quick to brush me off and and barely answer. Other orthodontists that I've visited have been willing to work with me on the price, but the response I received here was short and careless. They couldn't care less whether I gave them my business or not, which says a lot as again, I was a patient here as a pre-teen. Really sad to see this place go down. I'll never step foot in here again. read more
