InI don't know what my parents put on their roof overhangs but whatever it is, wasps LOVE it because I came home and there were about 15 nests around their house. These guys are awesome! We had a mole that, despite our best efforts, we could not get rid of. We reached out to Go-Pher, they provided us a fair estimate and scheduled a day to come out. Upon arrival they actual slightly decreased the estimate based on the size of our yard. A few days later, they came back and confirmed they caught the mole! They checked back a week later to make sure we didn't have any other intruders and set some bait to make sure they got everything. What I was most pleased with, however, was the final follow up call we got yesterday. Hired this company on Wedensday, Sean came out explained service, set traps. On Thursday (1 day later) came back to check and caught 4 lil critters (gophers.) Highly recommend. My technician John was very knowledgeable and had great communication skills. He estimated it would take a month to kill the gopher, I went ahead and paid for the service. I called this exterminator for an ant problem on my property. Mike answered my call, and was very helpful in answering my questions. He gave me a fair quote for an initial spray, & continuing service. He was polite and was able to send out a tech the same day! Sean came to my house on time with a courtesy call beforehand. We've used Go-pher the kill two separate times a few years apart for rodents in the attic. Both times they have been very professional and amazing. They have taken care of the rodents within the service time and they stay away. I've dealt with a few of their employees coming to check traps the first round and they were all courteous and professional. I can't believe it. They set five traps the first week, caught one gopher. They would not install any more traps even though they couldn't see the ground for gopher activity because of heavy vegetation. Last time the previous tech was punctual, office staff returned phone calls, and the issue was resolved timely. This is great company. We first contacted them when we had gopher problems. And then ants and spiders and then rodents that got inside the 3rd car garage wrecking havoc on our stuff.
