The weekly special menu is what brought us in to Goccia D'oro II and I have to say I was amazed! The options were truly endless for such a reasonable price. The appetizers were almost as large as an entree at other restaurants. Then came the main entree and WOW I was stunned by the delicious meal I enjoyed. I chose chicken but can't wait to go back to try the pasta, filet mignon, or veal. Lastly, the dessert options were incredible and the coffee hit the spot! Having a food allergy accommodated so well and the staff understand my needs right from the start was phenomenal and stress free. Not to mention the ambiance was lovely - truly a stunning restaurant. Great restaurant. This is the second location on Montauk hwy, came here for a family event that was catered and hosted here. The prefix menu options were good with dishes that accommodated a wide verity of pallets. The kids were offered chicken fingers and fry's if they preferred, and drink options included fountain drinks along with basic beer and wine. Overall the staff did a great job accommodating our large group and the food came out hot and timely. The place was clean and everyone we interacted with were super friendly and helpful. read more

Went here for an engagement party. They do not have a separate party room, but the tables were set up nicely and party started one hour before opening. They had a TV on the wall that they had a slideshow of photos playing. The food was served Italian style (salad, app, pasta, main course). The service was pretty good given size of our party. Parking at this restaurant is much better than their Wildwood Avenue one, the food is excellent the same as the one in Lindenhurst on Wildwood. The wait staff are very attentive. hi i would like a manager to call me i took my parents tonight for their 53rd Anniversary with my husband and children. there are not many places left with a band my children age 4 and 1 love to dance they. stay near us and dance i felt like an outcast i spent over $ 300 to get dirty looks for patrons that were there granted I see the ages of these customers I felt like I didn't belong these to people were so nasty giving dirty looks to any child that was dancing on the dance floor if you guys don't want kids there there should be an age limit or restriction for Saturday night my children are well behaved except the 1 yr old did scream 2xs but it was controlled . maybe you should consider having a kids night with dancing im mortified that I ended up having an argument with this nasty women at a restaurant in my neighborhood with my family and kids I will never go back read more

Made reservations same day for later in the evening. Went to Goccia D'Oro II last nite, a Friday nite. Reservations for 8-table is rectangular, 4 ppl each side (I'll explain why that's important later). We were seated right away. Table ready. Waiters/waitresses also ready, like an army ready to eagerly take care of us. However here's the gist. They had a band. I get worried and my concerns were fulfilled-they were so SO loud. This by 0.0 means was a background band, a band where you hold a conversation while they play great tunes in the background and you eat and converse. Nope. This was, I'm at a rock concert. Loud. The diagonal people at our table NEVER stood a chance communicating with each other-not even close. Even people sitting across from each other, extremely difficult to hear. My voice is hoarse this morning, due to the yelling I had to do all nite. Hey Mutant Kings (the band), LOUDER is not BETTER!! Now, we did complain, they turned it lower for about 15 minutes (ahhh, what a joy-conversing normally with good music in the air, eating good food, drinking nice wine) then back to us being shut out. All the food was really pretty good, service was spot on. Fairly priced. Place was crowded. Yah dinner was essentially ruined. And the word of the night was "What?" read more

Fresh mozzarella and tomato was good. Prosciutto was good. The calamari was rubbery and not okay. Then the salad came out it was okay. I wish it was Caesar instead of regular salad with a slice of cucumber and tomato. It was meh I didn't eat it. If it had Pecorino or Parmesan cheese or croutons on it or something else would have been better. Then the penne Ala vodka was generic nothing to rave about. Waited awhile for dinner, I wanted Chicken Marsala but they had Veal Marsala which I didn't want as there were options, should have ordered the filet mignon, but decided on Chicken Francese big big mistake it was extremely sour and I wasn't able to eat it. I took 2 bites and left it. Totally disappointed and disgusting . I would have ordered a different dinner after that but the tab was picked up by one person because it was a party. So I was stuck with a meal I couldn't eat. Next was dessert the best thing on the menu tiramisu, ice cream bomb with cherries and whipped cream. The food was just as good as the original (definitely not disappointed) They had a fantastic live band (Risky Business) which packed the place out. We went with a large group of 14, and the staff was more than accommodating. We had started with the calamari arrabbiata and it was delicious, penne with shrimp in ala vodka sauce and chicken parm all of which were great. And of course had to top it off with cappuccino and tartufo. Service, food, & price overall total win and a great night out.
