I was told by the person who answered the phone that my order was canceled because the drivers don't want to drive that far. It's is only a 12 minute drive to my location. There was no communication that my order was canceled. They couldn't let me know my order was canceled but they could charge my card. Offering delivery service then cancelling an order because your drivers don't want to drive is one of the most unprofessional things I've heard from a pizza place.

The first response I received was that the manager said "sorry" and that they would make sure it didn't happen again. While I appreciate the apology, that doesn't fix the fact that I paid for something I didn't receive. When I asked if I could at least receive a credit for next time, I was told no -- they could only credit the cheese itself, valued at $2, because of store policy.
