I bought a run flat tire here about 2 weeks ago, the tire exploded while driving on the street, clearly defective, they refused to take responsibility and wanted to charge me for another tire . I had a flat from the night before and today I called 10 min before opening..no answer but within minutes Javier called me back asking me what's my issue , I said I have a flat and he said he be there in 10 min. I got there and he greeted me along with his co worker busted a few jokes. A used tire is 50$ nice value for the service you're getting. He did it all within 10-15 minutes and boom I'm out of there. This location is still open but don't recommend it. I bought a used tire and within 24 hrs had to replace it. I was sold a faulty tire (per the tire store that replaced it) that warped less than 24 hrs after buying it. They guaranteed me it would have blown out on the way to AZ. When I returned for a refund they wouldn't give me a refund. They said they can give me tired credit. They didn't take down my info Just said they would "remember" me. I'm an LACC student who had a flat tire when I came out of my evening class--I drove to this location since it's the closest to school. I called before hand and spoke to Javier who was the one who "helped me". They don't take card so I paid through Zelle, as you can see from the pic. Used tires go for $35 but he charged me $40 with no warranty/exchange. There wasn't much I could do that late at night, so of course I paid. The tire he put on my car was the wrong size. This was very apparent when my car started shaking in the freeway. At first I thought it was something else until I took it to my local tire shop. When they put it under water it was very obvious it was worn out. I had to buy another tire from my local tire shop for $35 but it came with warranty. With the money I spent I could've bought a new one. The whole time I was there Javier kept making small talk and joking, outright knowing he was robbing me of $40 through his subpar work. I don't post reviews in general but this was just outright shady and from the looks of it other people have also had similar experiences. Soy estudiante de LACC y tenía una llanta pinchada. Had a great experience here. They were super nice and joked around with me which I appreciated since I was really stressed when I arrived. One of the guys in charge got on the phone with my dad (who has way more tire knowledge than me and had a bunch of questions for the guy). He answered all of our questions and gave me a variety of options. Used tires ranged from $30-$40 and new tires were around $90-$110 in total (for everything including rotating, aligning, the tire itself, and service). Cash only! read more
