First time coming here as it really is difficult to find creameries without all the added sugar and food coloring. Upon arrival they have a small private lot in which I recommend backing in and if you have a larger suv/truck park in the plaza next door and walk over. You are greeted with adorable framed menus making it difficult to narrow down which delicious flavor you will get. I opted for strawberry as it has fresh strawberry chunks and no red food dye as the girl working promised. I ordered a small cup it was a huge portion (I ended up taking a few bites and giving it to my boyfriend). You can taste the quality difference of a homemade ice cream without all the extra sugars and additives as this has a nice texture and subtle strawberry flavor. My boyfriend ordered butter pecan in a waffle cone bowl. They make their waffle cone bowls in house and fresh and you could definitely taste it. The butter pecan was perfectly sweet with a balance of pecans to it. For our two items I believe it was $12 and change without tip. Really great ice cream! It was a longish line on a nice Saturday afternoon but worth the wait. You can sample the flavors and they give you a decent taste. The staff are really nice and friendly. I got the chocolate fudge crunch and it was creamy and chocolatey and delicious. A small was plenty, it was pretty big. I got brownie bites on top which weren't that many and they were okay, maybe not worth it for $1 extra. There is space to eat your ice cream in the parking lot or walk across to the park. My husband saw that Goffle Creamery was voted best ice cream in Bergen County. We stopped by on a nice sunny afternoon and there was a constant line (although it moves at a good pace). There is a variety of ice cream, gelato and Italian ice. There are a lot of toppings and even an area of specialty sundaes and milk shakes. I got a butter pecan in a waffle cone, it has a good balance of flavors and wasn't too sweet. My husband got a scoop of pistachio and a scoop of vanilla peanut butter in cup. His favorite flavor was the vanilla peanut butter because the strips of peanut butter were evenly distributed through out the ice cream. Their service is always so fast and efficient, which is important when coming with kids It is just a window service place, but it also looks extremely clean in there! I can't believe I've lived in town for over 4 years and tonight was my first taste of Goffle Creamery, but it definitely won't be my last! This place is a super cute walk up window with something for everyone. My husband got an oreo milkshake and I got a "small" cup of strawberry ice cream with brownie bites. It's atleast 2 scoops of ice cream. I'm not super into sweets, but the strawberry ice cream is perfectly balanced and creamy. They have great packaging, so I'm confident my leftovers will be just as tasty tomorrow. We'll be returning to try more flavors before they close for the season! read more

This place is still in its infancy and they are already hitting their stride with some killer flavors. Both my wife's and my ice creams were excellent and flavor packed. We were able to try some other flavors and all were very good and made it difficult to choose. Can't wait for our next visit. FYI The owners were extremely hospitable and helpful. This place just recently opened sometime around Easter. Everything is new inside. Ice cream: I actually got Italian ice, both blue raspberry and lemon and they were awesome. It definitely tastes homemade and I really enjoyed it. My wife got chocolate peanut butter and a scoop of their special they had this week which was graham cracker with cookies covered in honey or something of that nature. It was amazing! I was really in the Italian ice mood but I gotta come back for the ice cream. Atmosphere: It is a walk up counter - there is no indoor seating FYI. The parking lot is of decent size and it's located right on the main road. Between all the local shops you shouldn't have a problem finding parking. The place is brand new and clean. Service: The line was long when I got there, I'd say like 20+ people and we waited about 20 min to get ice cream. No big deal. Well, this was depressing. 30 minutes in line snaking through a dank, dim, buggy ally to finally get to the front of the line and they're out of banana split Ingredients....its 2024, put up a sign with what you're out of and save people time...and mosquito bites. Delicious soft serve and hard ice cream. Have been to many places touted as one of the best ice cream spots in NJ and are oftentimes left underwhelmed. This place definitely deserves a spot on the top of the list - the ice cream of the crop. You can also preorder ice cream cakes. Have ordered two in the past month and was asked over and over where I got the cake from. Will be ordering all future cakes from here when possible. Bonus that the business is owned by a local family. I don't know them personally but have had the pleasure of speaking to the wife a few times and she is super sweet. The store operates as a permanent food truck since there is no indoor facilities (at least none of which I saw.) It doesn't have the largest menu compared to a national chain but they have the essentials. I'm not a fan of places that charge a limit on credit cards that oars over $5 but I've never had an issue with a debit card. Typically, your credit card processing company requires to accept a debit card without a minimum purchase. That aside, don't make me feel like you're doing me a favor by taking my money. Especially when the limit is $10 and I spent $9.60. I wasn't a fan of the attitude here and if the signage for the minimum was more obvious I wouldn't have walked up to begin with. read more
