We had an appt for 2pm to have a window replaced. Service guys from the Berlin office arrived at 2:45 and took off the seal. However the guys still needed a different ladder in order to reach better. They left and said they would return in 30 minutes. 75 minutes later no return so we called the office. They tried to contact the service tech, but no answer. So we're left with a window that is not sealed and we don't have a ladder to reach that area. read more

This company was recommended by the maintenance person at my condo. I have a sliding glass door that is old and go glass said they could replace the glass and rollers so I would not have to install a new sliding glass door. After 5 months of incorrect measurements, wrong ordered parts and multiple trips, they cannot do the work after all. They reimbursed my deposit but broke my storm shutters so now that cost falls to me since they won't reimburse me for the damage I watched them do. Had they told me the shutters had to be removed, I would have had a reputable company do it. It has been a real nightmare and I have had my place in OC since '98. In all that time, I have never had an experience like go glass. I do not recommend this company. read more

Everything was fine until I decided to change my quote, I wanted to replace the panels my self on the windows that didn't need full replacement to save some money, spent over a week trying to get a hold of there window guy through email, calling and no response. Called the office Monday morning and was told I was moved to priority list 2 days in a row then finally I got ahold of the window tech late Wednesday evening who wasn't expecting my call and was told that the measurements needed to be taken myself rather that what they already measured because of a liability concern. Why can I use the measurements that you took as professionals? Also trying to figure out how much the labor cost is vs doing it yourself. The quote that takes so long to do gives hardly any info just the grand total. Disappointed overall! There hiding info and Im not about it. Taking my business elsewhere! read more

Used them once. A+ service. A rock flipped up and smashed my wind screen on my Jeep, I limped around for awhile like that, then I grew some balls & called Mr. Go-Glass. They were awesome, I sat in my office and minded my own business, they took care of business and installed a wind screen while I worked. A good value for sure. read more

Historically, I had been pleased with Go-Glass when they replaced rollers on my sliding doors, but when I asked them for basic information about a failed seal in a window, the service could not have been worse. The salesman refused to answer even the most basic questions and lacked professional decorum. Given, my time constraints, I could not schedule an estimate and was advised to call him. However, he implied that our call was wasting his time. Surely, any reasonable professional could have simply said, "our most expensive recent job was X, and our least was Y, they average Z, but there are a lot of factors." Instead, he only sarcastically pleaded the Fifth. I own multiple properties in Ocean City, and will be no longer loyal to Go Glass. The die has been cast. PSA - anyone could install rollers on Citation sliding doors in 5 minutes, buy the part elsewhere and do it yourself. read more

Not a good experience at all. After a visit from a salesperson for an estimate to replace a glass shower enclosure it took 4 (four) phone calls from me to receive the estimate and another 3 (three) to schedule an appointment to have the work done. On the day of the job I phoned to find out when they would arrive, so I could plan my day, and was told there had been no appointment scheduled. So, it took over eight weeks and seven phone calls to get nothing done. Needless to say I will find someone who can do good work in a timely manner. read more

A busted hatchback window could have derailed our short beach trip. Our insurance company sent us to repair shops that seem none too interested in getting to us quickly. But Mr. Go Glass (found via a Yelp search) was willing to special order the needed window and install the next morning. Jessica at the front desk was a pleasure to deal with -- took down our information accurately, called us back promptly and estimated almost to the minute how long to expect the procedure to take. I don't live in Berlin, and, honestly, I hope I never have to use Mr. Go Glass again (since the only scenario would be another mishap with a car window). But, for anyone nearby, I highly recommend this great company. read more

We contacted Go Glass for a quick easy service when we renovated our bathroom. However, this company has been the complete opposite!!! They took forever to order our glass for our shower, didn't call to let us know it had come in. Then once the glass for our shower came in they had measured WRONG. and not just ONCE! THEY HAVE MIS MEASURED FOR OUR GLASS FOUR TIMES NOW. Not once have we received a call to apologize or provide any compensation for their mistakes. And now we still do not have glass for our shower.
