I can't recommend Caliber Collision Ocean City (CCOC) high enough. Unfortunately, I've needed their services a few times over the past 2-3 years and, each time, they've repaired my SUV so that it's impossible to tell where the damage was. My most recent trip this past week added another reason why I'm a Caliber Collision fan. I asked to have damage to my right front bumper repaired and weather stripping replaced on the rear hatch window. Arrangements were made to bring the SUV in a few days later. In the meantime, I notified CCOC that I was cancelling the front bumper repair but would proceed with replacing the weather stripping. I dropped the SUV off the next day and reminded the person at the front desk that I had cancelled the front bumper repair but was going ahead with the weather stripping. He informed me that a note to that effect was already on the order. The next day, a CCOC rep called me to discuss the front bumper repair. I told him that repair had been cancelled. He advised he'd tell the technician to put the unrepaired bumper back on and install the weather stripping. Long story short, when I picked up the SUV, the bumper had been fully repaired. The technician advised that they had gotten so far along with the bumper repair that it had to be finished. Furthermore, there would be no cost ($695) to me (damage was not going to have been covered by insurance). As always, the repair was perfect. So, thank you CCOC for the early Christmas present. A co-worker accidentally hit my car and my claim had to go through Progressive. I was terrified that I couldn't drive the 3.5 hours to my hometown dealership for the repairs, that I had to get it done locally. I've only heard horror stories in this area. I had never been to Caliber Collisions or even heard of them before this. From the moment I stepped inside, I was welcomed with smiling faces and free coffee. It was early & I needed it. Their knowledge of my vehicle and overall concern for my confidence in their work is what sold me. Even though in the end, I could have gone to my dealership, I still chose here. They did a fantastic job. You cannot even see where the damage was. In fact, they did a better job than my hometown dealership on my last vehicle repair. I am beyond thrilled with their work and all they did to go above & beyond for me as a customer. I encourage everyone locally to go here now. They even fixed my brother's truck, the same time mine was in the shop. THAT's how highly I recommend them. Keep up the great work! Stopped by to get an estimate on damage to the roof of my 2019 Lincoln MKC received when I drove through a downed gate at the entrance to my community. I expected the damage to be considerable but Chris checked it out and said he may be able to get rid of the scratches right away. He went inside, got a product, wiped the entire scratch down and miracle of miracles, it was gone. Often times, women get taken advantage of at collision places. If they had told me it would cost $500 or $1000 I would have believed them. What do I know? But Chris had the integrity and honesty to repair the damage in less then 5 minutes and saved me a bundle. OC Caliber Collision, if I could give more than five stars I would. I have taken my vehicle to this place twice from accident damages. Each time they have been kind, professional, and the communication has been great. Even when I had concerns about something after I get my car back they immediately tell me to bring it back. I had minor damage to my rear bumper (left side) that required number repair and reflector replacement. The team at Caliber repaired it and you can't tell a repair was ever made. The bumper (right side) was repaired by them 3 years ago and still look flawless. Caliber is always easy to deal with and they are very good at what they do. I live in Ocean City over the summers and last night realized I had a headlight out. I didn't really know where to go to have it fixed around here so I called a few places and Caliber Collision fit me in today and had my headlight fixed within 15 minutes of arriving. I know general repair stuff like fixing a burnt out bulb isn't their normal business, but they helped me out anyways and were super positive. My Tahoe had rear damage including the backup camera sensor. It also had some rear quarter panel damage. They did an estimate quickly and professionally. I had they fix my Tahoe and they completed the restoration of my vehicle and matched my paint exactly. It was a professional job without a doubt and completed when they said it would be done. As luck would have it, I had two accidents in one day, both I might add were not my fault. I can not say enough about how good they are and how caring.
