Completely unprofessional and unreliable!!! I went to them to have my client's brochure printed for a trade show out of town, which is time sensitive. I sent them an old design to get a quote. A few days later, after my client agreed on the price, I sent them the new design labeled FINAL. They never quoted me the shipping fees, although I asked repeatedly how it would be delivered. Couple days later, only after I inquired when it will be done, I was told there would be a $75 shipping fee! Then I was given 2 hours to pay the balance before UPS pick up in a text. I was in meetings all afternoon and missed that deadline. And thank God I missed that deadline and it wasn't shipped. When I showed up the next day to pick up, I almost had a heart attack! They printed the old design! Can you imagine the look on my client's face if they were to receive the wrong brochure the day before they leave town for the trade show? When I questioned them about it, they completely refused to admit it was their mistake and called me names! If that's the kind of print shop you want to work with, go ahead!

They clearly did not develop the photos properly as they were left with a red color cast and a severe exposure imbalances. They've also printed a few pictures for me that needed to be on special paper. Everyone who helped me was incredibly helpful and patient. I had a project a few months back that needed to be printed on thicker paper, but I didn't know what it was called. Was lectured for a few minutes on how business cards are "not a magic bullet" and how "if you need to ask (the price), it's probably out of your range." I asked about engraved business cards. Quoted ~$2.5k for a handful of paper cards. Not a single engraved card sample in sight and their limited (2) samples were entirely unimpressive. Was so hot and stuffy inside, felt like I was suffering oxygen deprivation. From the owner himself, if you need business cards, "go to one of those online places." I recommend the sellers on Etsy.
