They make it easy to email or upload files so there's no need to go in until the print is completed. A couple times I wasn't happy with how the color turned out and they adjusted it and made me another print at no charge. Gwen has helped me several times with my order and has always been very helpful. They are also reasonably priced, and conveniently have a parking lot in front of the store. Highly recommend!

The signage I needed was done on foam core and they were able to do custom shapes for a set fee. Our graphic designer's files included the exact colors and specified lines exactly where to cut. Their work surpassed my expectations in terms of quality, packaging and customer service. A gentleman even helped me carry out the signage to my car (the packaged box was about 7 ft tall and 5 ft wide!) I was mostly in communication with JD via email and he was incredibly helpful and more importantly, punctual. On my last call with Dylan, he tells me it's because he was waiting for his vendor to get back to him, but they haven't. Well I never had an agreement with your vendor buddy, I was waiting for YOU to get back to me, and you never did. Do what you tell customers you're going to do. If you say you'll get back to them, get back to them. Even if it's to tell them that you have no news yet. But do what you say you're going to do. Business 101. There are dozens of sign companies in the LA area to choose from, and these guys are not it. If you're trying to create a sign for your company or HOA and have deadlines, these guys are just going to end up embarrassing you. Avoid them like the plague.

I soon learned they just wanted to push me to production all to tell me that my idea of a simple circle foil stamp was too complex for them to complete. All I wanted was a circle gold foil emblem with two letters inside to be embossed in them. The email from Lea in production simply said "production declined." No idea for resolution or other ideas? They then declined to take any of my calls following up on the matter. Overall poor communication and unwilling to provide any type of decent customer service. I am just glad I did not give them any money. Wasted a week of my time. Don't waste your time like I did.
