The given email address was lengthy -- lots of characters -- and the body of the email had an unsubscribe address which matches this company's address. I tried to call and advise what I'd found so that remedial action could be taken, but no one answered my call, and the voice mail was full, so I hung up. This scam has evidently been going on for some time because there is a picture of the request, dated in August of 2025, for payment on YELP. The one I received has a different format, but the content is basically the same -- send money -- and is dated April of 2026. BEWARE!

But i couldn't leave him in the car obviously so I had no way of going inside. I was parked right outside the store and called to explain the situation. Without hesitation, the young woman came right out to get my package. Seriously so kind and made my day--it really means a lot to this young mom to have people help with kindness and not disdain. By days end, I called again. Was informed that I was next in line. Never received email by end of business day. Tuesday I called again. explained what I needed help with and explained no one had emailed me back yet. Finally, Wed. I received a reply SIMPLY STATING that I needed to finish setting up my acct. online and that was all never addressing my issue. Now remember, that was why I was reaching out in the first place: because I couldn't find a way to include my name AND business name to my account. When I emailed requesting a credit back and close account, I THEN received a call telling me I still needed to fill out the rest of my acct. details online. NEVER addressing the issue I was having. When I was asked why i wanted a refund, I explained because I can't do business with a company that cannot communicate effectively, she HUNG UP ON ME. Well these guys created it and it's been working perfect. I don't receive a ton of mail so IMO the best feature is that they scan all your incoming mail and you can choose how to handle each piece. Some of the options are: open and scan, forward, hold and trash. They will deposit checks for you and many other awesome features. I haven't need using them long but I am pleased with what I've seen this far and encourage you to give them a try.
