Dutch bros and Dave's hot chicken

I came here to watch the Mexico soccer game with friends and was really disappointed by our experience. The food menu is extremely limited, and unfortunately the quality didn't make up for the lack of options. Since we were seated outside in the sidewalk patio area, we noticed another table already enjoying food and drinks from other businesses, including Dave's Hot Chicken and Dutch Bros. Because the menu didn't offer any milkshakes, coffee, or other non-alcoholic drinks we were interested in, we politely asked if we could bring over a Dutch Bros drink instead of continuing to order alcohol. We were told no. When I asked why our request was denied while another table was clearly allowed to have outside food and drinks, no one gave us a meaningful explanation or attempted to address the inconsistency. Instead, our concern was simply dismissed. As a group of Latinos, seeing one rule applied to us and a different standard applied to another table made the experience feel discriminatory. Whether that was the intention or not, that's how it came across, and no effort was made to acknowledge or resolve our concerns. Consistency matters. If outside food and drinks aren't allowed, that policy should be enforced equally for every customer. If exceptions are made, they should be explained and applied fairly. I came here expecting to enjoy the game and support a local business, but I left feeling disappointed by both the service and the unequal treatment we experienced.

Gol is a must-visit for any soccer fan in Portland! It's not a huge space, but they make the most of it--there are a few larger tables that seat 4-6, some smaller ones inside, and bar seating as well. There's even a TV and seating outside, which is perfect for sunny summer days (maybe not so much in the rain, but hey, it's Portland). The atmosphere is exactly what you want for watching matches: lively, welcoming, and full of fellow fans. I went with friends and we had a great time--good food, good drinks, and even better vibes. I had the nacho bowl with barbacoa and it was amply sized and absolutely delicious. Paired with a cold Oakshire Amber Ale, it hit the spot with just the right malty richness to balance the spice. They've also got a refrigerated cooler stocked with canned options if you want something quick and easy. We happened to come on bingo night (first Thursday of every month), which is free to play and a total blast. The energy was great, and I even won a prize! It's the kind of fun, low-key event that makes you want to come back with friends again. Service was excellent--bartenders were super friendly and attentive, which made the whole experience even better. I'll definitely be returning to catch more games and maybe try my luck at bingo again. Gol has that perfect mix of good vibes, great drinks, and a true love for the sport.

A bar with incredible food. And some of the most reasonably priced items you could ask for. The owner, Tom was an absolute Gem. Friendly, knowledgeable and passionate. Can't wait to come back and try more items off the menu.

Best soccer bar in America! Come for the Premier league at 7am on weekends, stay to watch the timbers and thorns lose and draw, But defo show up for the atmosphere! When the World Cup, Euros, or Copa are on; there's no better place to get stuck-in with hundreds of other supporters and fans, from Every walk of life.

Ordered bacon - but got a huge fat slab of sausage ... still delicious. Ciabatta bread was perfectly toasted.

Go here for soccer, go here for drinks, but don't go here for breakfast or coffee. You will be disappointed. Yes, there was a game at 8am on a sleepy Sunday, so perhaps a sports bar isn't ready to serve coffee and breakfast items. Coffee was being brewed at a slow pace, coinciding with the underwhelming game that we watched. Avocado toast: good and expected, fruit cup consisted of 3 wedges of oranges. The breakfast sandwich was great, served on toast and not on an English Muffin as advertised. That's ok with me as it would have been my preference. Potatoes were crispy and delicious. The eggs benedict was average with a side of potatoes that were not cooked at all. How, when one dish had perfectly cooked potatoes and the others were raw. Our server was so nice but was overwhelmed with customers. No one was served knives, maybe because we were outside? Either way, we managed our way through our meals with a fork. The breakfast burrito seemed to be hit at the table. All in all, this is a wonderful establishment for viewing of games, having some cocktails, and gathering with friends. I'd eat breakfast before going and next time I'd head into the Bloody Mary route instead of coffee. It is a bar after all.

Came here for the Copa America semifinal after a previous bar streaming the game was lackluster. This is the place to be if you want an energetic soccer watching experience.

The soccer bar to go in Portland. Enthusiastic owners. Plenty of TVs and memorabilia. Outside covered seating and outside TVs. Good pub food. Friendly patrons. Great beer selection. You order at the bar, and the food is brought to you.

Visiting from OKC. Needed a place to watch the (Forest) lads. Breakfast burrito was terrific and the atmosphere was perfect for watching some EPL soccer. Cold, local beer! Great place!

A good bar is determined by its staff and patrons and Gol gets a score of 10 on both counts

Good friendly bar with some TV's. Happy hour here is solid. Definitely a neighborhood spot and big among the soccer crowd.

Friendly staff.. but a I ordered a barely edible burger for $17. Ouch. I'd give it 2.5 stars if I could, but settled on 3.

It was fine. I was excited to try this spot but soooo many people were sitting outside smoking it made it hard to enjoy the outside space.

The bartender said they need better signage but by 8 pm, the place was packed. I think this used to be a doggy day care or doggy spa. It's been open for 3 years and I never knew it was here. Too bad because I have moved from the neighborhood and this would have been a great neighborhood haunt. We just got a few rounds of beers but we stayed quite a while because they have a great vibe and video poker - which the guys in our group could not be torn away from. The decor is neon and chill but not hipster - like the rest of the places on this side of the river. They also have a billiard room. So, basically, there is just about something for everyone. I wish my new neighborhood had a bar like this that was walking distance.

The spot has such a neon aesthetic it feels like this should be something downtown or ritzy, but the prices are fantastic! Got a tall beer served in a chill glass and some asian flare snacks and played in their large pool table room in the back Adult Juice Boxes had to be the most unique thing about this spot. Little Hi-C sized boxes with different flavors and mini bottles poked in to mix. I went with the Lychee and Jameson combo and wow, was it delicious! Absolutely want to come back and try more combinations.

I brought home some as leftovers three months ago and my eight year old is still tunneling through them like she's a mole dropped into some f-ed version of Candy Land. Look, I know the fine bartenders here promise chicken and jojos the same way cable promises service: it'll arrive somewhere between the hours of 6 and 10:00 PM. But sit your ass in the chair, get a PBR and wait. Because, much like the bygone era of cable, when the boob shows up uncensored, late at night, and wrapped seductively in paper and BBQ sauce (don't judge me!
