Used to love this place but they make up their own prices!!! This year I ordered from this place at least once a week and it wasn't until recently I noticed the prices would be different. Today I ordered a few items and the total was $35.87. I asked for a break down and noticed that some item prices were changed and on their menus, they were priced differently and online. I changed my order slightly and was give a price of $26.36. About 45 late my food arrived and the slip said $30.25!!! Some may say the amount is small however it's the service and the sneakiness of them changing the price twice!! If I would have used my card as I usually do they would have overcharged me. When the driver called about the difference of the price she responded with an aggressive tone and said her son made a mistake in the price and he's just a kid. She was very rude and refused to acknowledge the price I was originally given. Needless to say the food went back with the driver for terrible customer service. I will never order from there and will encourage others from my job to never support their business. They even had the nerve to drop off more menus which are now in the trash where they belong! Now I am on my way to Ichiban where they value your money and treat you like a customer should. read more

Food was inedible. Customer Service is HORRIBLE!!!!!!! Called and they told me I could bring back one or two things, not whole order. What I tried was tastless, burned and ordered extra, extra spice beef and it tasted like no spice at all was added. We did not receive crab rangoons (she repeated order and she stated the crab rangoons in the order. We called to let them know we did not receive them and they told us we never ordered them and if they brought them out they would have to charge us for them. Right on the front of the menu it says free crab rangoons with any order over $25.00. I called my credit card to dispute the charge and dropped the entire order off to the Restaurant. read more

I tried this place on a whim because it was open fairly late, delivered, and was close to where I live. I have to say, I wasn't disappointed. Both times I've ordered, i was told delivery would take 30-40 minutes, which was fine, but each time my food arrived in 15-20 minutes. The delivery man was somewhat on the rude side, though. He did not greet me, nor acknowledge the fact that I said "thank you." He actually didn't say anything at all. Just kinda threw my food and receipt at me and left. Oh well though. As far as the food goes, it was better than I expected. Not insanely greasy like some quick bite Chinese food tends to be. Portions were decent, and it arrived hot. Prices weren't bad either. Definitely worth checking out. I'll be ordering from here whenever I have a taste for Chinese. read more

This is, by far, our favorite cheap and cheerful Chinese in West Springfield. For one thing, when it says spicy, the food actually has some kick, and it's not as overwhelmingly sweet like this stuff can get sometimes. I recommend the Singapore mei fun. Nice curry flavor. They're not reinventing the wheel here, it's generally the same menu you'd find at any "Americanized" Chinese food place around, but it's just a bit better. read more

My go-to Chinese place. Portion sizes are huge, and amazingly affordable. Food quality is great. Just double-check your bag to make sure they remembered all of your sauces - maybe ~10% of the time they forget my duck sauce. read more

My go to Chinese restaurant! The reason I can't give them a 5 star rating is that they often have young kids answering the phone or helping with the registers, and it can be a little frustrating. They have daily specials, but my favorite is they now serve vegan mock meats! Like any Chinese place, they have a variety of veggie and tofu, but the mock meats are a welcome addition. I went here because I kept getting menus at my house. Decided to give them a try. Saw both good reviews and bad. Ordered the dinner with generals , white rice and egg roll. Also, ordered steamed dumplings. The white rice was really good. The dumplings were good. The generals just didn't taste good. Haven't tried the egg roll. The tables were dirty. People were nice. The Chinese food is pretty typical for take out. I was not satisfied by the lo mein, the noodles were too wide and well, under-flavored. The vegetables did not appeal to me either. I have heard the crab rangoons are pretty good. read more

I frequently order delivery here for date night, and the last few times that we've ordered have been horrendous. When calling to place an order, the person who answers is ALWAYS insanely rude -- like I'm inconveniencing them by calling. Tonight, when I ordered, it was the second time that I received - and was charged - for something that I didn't order. Whenever I call to ask for a refund, I'm faced with an "I don't know what to tell you" attitude. They never repeat the order back to me, which I suspect is half of the problem. I give them my debit card number and they just give me "okay, bye." And hang up before I can say anything. The BBQ spare ribs are amazing, though, which is the only reason I keep coming back. Anything fried - chicken fingers, fried shrimp, etc. tastes fishy, literally like it was fried in the same oil as fish. I think I'm going to have to find somewhere else to spend my date night money. read more

I will NOT be ordering from here again. Not for eat-in, not for deliver, I wouldn't even buy a bottle of soda from them. First off, the prices they charge you vs what is listed on their menu are completely different. Some almost by $2 or more. The restaurant itself is bleak and dingy, service is sub par. Now I've ordered from there many times. Today was the last. Last time I ordered for delivery, spending close to $80(had alot of people to feed),the driver forgot half the order. When I called to say something, not only did it take them almost 20mins to figure out what I was talking about but then rather than bringing us what they had forgotten, made us come to get it. This time around the delivery was made by a teenage girl driven by her mother with 3 young kids not properly seated or strapped in in the back seat!!! Who takes the whole family to deliver an order? While they advertise free delivery, what they don't inform you of is the extra charge for said delivery. Of course, most people wouldn't even notice this charge or any other extra charges for that matter because they don't give you a receipt. You have to demand a receipt. Oh, did I mention we were also charged for things we didn't order? When I went to pay for the order, the driver did not carry adequate change. Now even dominoes drivers carry enough change to break a $20. Not this place. Nope. It ensures they get a nice big tip... On top of the delivery charge. Of course the under aged delivery girl can't even wait for mommy to pull away from the house before she loudly celebrates their forced $8.00 tip. Then there is the food. Chicken fingers? Undercooked and raw. Boneless spareribs? Very little actual meat, almost all fat. The dog liked it at least. The rice? Over cooked and mushy with the consistency of instant rice. Actually, even instant rice doesn't come out like that even if you use way too much water!!! Pot stickers... Wait, they didn't know what pot stickers were... Steamed dumplings, under cooked and raw. I haven't even had the won ton soup I ordered yet because I didn't hold down the food I already ate long enough. I do not understand how this place could possibly still be in business!!! read more
