Let me tell you, this is one of the best schnitzels I have had anywhere (including in Germany)...the pork was cooked perfectly with just the right amount of crispiness on the outside and juiciness on the inside. The hunter sauce was also nearly perfect: just the right amount of savory mushroom flavor, but not too heavy. Service was really fast and they went out of their way to package it up to go. Stationed at a gas station, this semi-permanent food stand is great for a quick bite. Parking is a bit tricky, but try to find a spot at the gas station. The service was so friendly and excited to have us. I loved the ambiance with the pineapples all lined along the food station, and the awesome picnic bench seating back behind with string lights and plants. Great vibes and you forget you're at a gas station! The DRINKS. You absolutely need the watermelon agua fresca. The horchata was great too, and in huuuge cups! And those tacos - just unreal.
