Stopped in again with a friend to grab a bite to eat, a drink and to chat. We forgot it was Friday…read moreso it started to fill up when we got there . We grabbed a tempura sushi roll from the lobster truck. (1 roll was $19! ) and got a lily Pad punch at the inside bar, where we sat. The drink was good, Tasty. So cute with the frog on a lily pad! (a lime slice). The drink was not weak. It was a good choice. All the bartenders we very attentive and came around to see how we were doing. We didnt stay long, it was loud and we were having a hard time hearing.... and there were too many flies dive bombing us. There was also a live band playing outside. But not really music we were into. We do enjoy this place and its right down the street from us so its a convenient spot to meet up.

We found them at FtMyers Brewery. We had the special of the day Short Ribs . (Wow!!! Perfectly seasoned, cooked to perfection, topped with Chimichurri. The meat fell off the bone. Sides were Texas style potato salad ( perfectly seasoned with dill..) and baked beans. Tyler found us to see how we liked it. We chatted and shared how the food truck began and how hard he has worked to build his business. He returned again to give us a sample of the brisket burnt ends. Melt in your mouth!! We will keep following Beau's. If you love barbeque and love supporting hard working local business...keep your eyes open for this gem!!

Many, many of our guests said it was the best brisket they had ever had and all the pulled pork was eaten! Tyler was on-time and set up in 30 minutes for a great dinner event. Everyone said it was the best party they had been to in years (thanks to the wonderful BBQ food). There were a ton of people waiting for their food, so we figured we should give it a try. We ordered their breakfast egg, ham and bacon sandwich. While we were watching them create sandwiches, we could smell all of the different items they were making. When we first bit into our oddly shaped sandwich, our senses lit up. This was likely the best breakfast sandwich I have ever had. The flavors from the dough were incredible. The taste of the eggs and meats were perfectly balanced. When you put it all together, my wife and I were ready for a cage match to see who got the next bite. So good. A word of caution. They make everything fresh to order, so patience is required, but the wait is worth the 5-8 minutes. We are going back next weekend and I hope Firebread is there.
