After explaining he finally realized what I was talking about. He sent his technician out and then He said oh yes we might check with the place we ordered the part it might have a warranty. Ok cool. He said it will take a few weeks. I gave it 3 weeks than heard nothing back. I called and left a voicemail. No response at all. Gave it another week called left a voicemail no message again. The following week finally got an answer the owner Curtis said ok let me look into this and get back to you. Nothing radio silence again. Than I gave it another week. Called back again left a voicemail and called their parts department they said to call the Hollister location and get the parts model from them since I didn't know what it was. Called left a voicemai, called again after an hour left a voicemail. Decided to call again. Than got a text message "I'm at the doctors appointment" you keep calling. I texted back apologizing for inconveniencing him during a personal situation. texted him that I was hoping to get a part model number I and I can be contacted when he was able to get back to me. than it's Monday 30th the end of March now. Still trying to get Hold of them. so today I called and left a frustrated voicemail no respons. Than I called back again after 30mins. Well Well guess what Curtis the owner answered and he snapped at me that I keep calling disturbing a conference call and than hung up on me. like it's my fault he runs a business that requires Shaw Appliances to actually respond to customer. If you used them they get parts and than the Shaw Parts department actually stated most parts are only 90Days warranty. I never blamed them for the parts failing I wish they had responded and actually communicated this situation and told me that it needed to be replaced again so they could have jus gone ahead and ordered another part. If this happens to you be prepared to experience ghosting and if my life is threatened he seems like the kinda guy who will literally come to your home hunt you down and kill you for a negative review Or for anything that goes wrong in his life. So I'm putting it out there if anything' Happens to me or my family it's Curtis from Shaw Family Appliance or be hired someone to do it for him. I contacted the owner many times and each time I was told he was coming over with the refund. This started at Thanksgiving, now it's May... still no refund. Save your money, hire someone else. As an addendum to this review, I need to say I have now received my refund. Frankie said it was just an oversight, and apologized for the delay in receiving the refund. I am now satisfied.

Sean is incredible, he seems to be able to fix anything, he is prompt and makes himself available…read morewhen you need him - even on the weekend - when most things break. :-) He fixed our washer, replacing a belt, the bladder and a spring, had to make two trips to our house but still, the bill was very reasonable. He is polite, hard working, we really can't say enough good things about him. A week after he fixed our washer, our dishwasher stopped draining, so Sean came out on a weekend, determined the issue, ordered the part and return within a couple of to fix it. Again, the bill was reasonable. If you have an appliance that is not working, before spending money on a new one - please call Sean. He will probably be able to fix it and save you time and money and prevent a fixable appliance from going to the landfill!

Miguel came and checked on the fridge only to find out that the compressor was not working. He suggested we purchase a new $700 fridge vs getting a new $900 compressor. I specifically informed the representative that I have camera footage that supports what I am saying and provides evidence of the comments that were made. Despite this, the representative refused to acknowledge or seriously consider the evidence. Instead of listening to my concerns and reviewing the facts, she was rude, dismissive, and unwilling to properly address the situation. I called specifically to make a complaint and speak with a manager because I believe my mother deserves to be treated with honesty, respect, and fairness. It is unacceptable for an elderly customer to be treated this way, particularly when there is evidence available that could help establish what actually occurred. I am requesting that management take this complaint seriously, review the circumstances, and investigate the conflicting statements and the conduct of the employees involved. I am also prepared to provide the camera footage as evidence. I expect a response explaining how this matter will be addressed.
